Sometimes the simplest tasks can be, well just that, simple, or they’re the biggest pain. Ordering business cards is such a task. I’ve used a SoBe firm (will remain nameless). However, poor customer service, inflexibility, with pricing for non-UV-coated printing, and a too-high order minimum, leave me cold. Enter Miami Printing. Their site is comprehensive and informative, making ordering online a breeze. A design in hand makes it easier. Their options are a nice mix catering to small, medium, or large orders. You can pick-up downtown Miami or get delivery by UPS. With 2 addresses, I placed my orders separately. The first order went seamlessly. The second encountered site problems. I ended up speaking with Rafael. He was not only accommodating; he apologized for any inconvenience. In my eyes, that’s professionalism. To resolve, he asked that I send my order via email. He responded within 30 minutes with a proof, making suggestions about font size, which I relayed to the designer. Issue fixed, Rafael sent another proof. Approved, the order was completed. Order was placed Thursday and received Tuesday. Font size and coloring was a problem. I emailed Rafael. 3 minutes later, he promised to do a re-run if I sent an update. In the end, we chose a weightier font for background. Absolute professionalism. His wish: to make customers happy. Imagine that. I’m being sarcastic but to be clear, it’s NOT intended toward MP. It’s to other businesses that inexplicably miss Customer Service 101, a crying shame. MP’s mindset is exceedingly rare – a plus for them, a big fat zero for others. Mistakes happen. This mistake – one specific to online ordering – is attributed to virtual vs. actual disparities. The point: how one handles mistakes. MP not only resolved it winningly, they did so with civility and grace. Impressed, I am. For that alone, MP WILL be my go-to choice for ALL of my printing needs and MP will be my go-to referral for anyone with printing needs. Well done, MP!

We touched base with this company again and have made a few orders to give them another try. There has been a turnaround in customer service and timeliness. The quality of the products are excellent. We are pleased with the turnaround thus far and will continue to have Rafael help meet our business stationary needs. Previous 1 star review - We began using Miami Printing over a year ago for business cards, appointment cards, letterheads, rackcards and various other printing needs. The work in the past had been completed in a timely fashion with good customer service. The last 2 jobs we have given this company have been complete disasters. In fact, we received one order about 5 weeks after we made our order and the most recent project was never completed by Rafael. The customer service is terrible now and you will just get a voicemail every time you try to reach customer service. We have been trying to reach someone to finish our last order which was made on April 1st and no one has responded. Look elsewhere if you need a reliable company that can produce on-time results.

HANDS DOWN, THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Coming from Northern California to Orlando for a Business Conference, we were completely oblivious as to whom we should trust in Florida when it came to our exposition printing needs. Our Designer located Miami Printing based off the high-quality of printing they can achieve, and we elected to move forward with his suggestion. Our printing needs were vast, and due to unforeseen circumstances, we were working with a tight 5 day deadline to order, print, and deliver the project, start to finish. It would have been a great challenge for any company, but Miami Printing was able to pull it off to 100% satisfaction with class! I gave Miami Printing a shot, on the recommendation of a friend and I can tell you right now, I was not disappointed. The quality and speed in which they completed my order surprised me. They had my order of premium business cards completed and shipped out to me within three days. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally and I was left with no doubt that they were a first rate company. Ive been very satisfied with the business cards Ive received and will be doing business with them in the future. If I had to sum them up I would describe them as “professional, courteous and quick”. If youre looking for a great company to purchase business cards from, I would definitely give them a look.

Ive been trying to make business with Miami Printing and Rafael for over 3 months now and I still cant believe that every week theres an excuse towards my inquiry. Ive placed an order for business cards and have yet to receive any confirmation from Rafael. I call the office about 3-4 times a week, every week. I either get no answer or an excuse that the machine is broken, theres an "outage" in the building...etc..................... I STRONGLY recommend you work on your customer service skills as you will continue to lose clientele. Definitely a bucket dipper!

We got our wedding invitations from Lion in the Sun. In fact, we got a design made by their in house printing company PostScript Brooklyn. They were beautiful. Mel helped us choose the colors and wording and stay within our budget. And when it came time to address the envelopes, they would constantly check in with us to make sure all addresses were correct.I also go in there when I want to buy really nice thank you cards. And I always get a beautiful set.

This Business may have been legitimate at one point but no more. Buyer beware. My company put in an order for cards on may 23, 2014... nothing. after 3 weeks we call the company no answer...just get transferred and put on hold. We dealt with a rep named Rafael...we called him-no answer. We went to the actual business location and guess what you knock and knock and no one is there...completely empty. So now we are out $153...WHAT A SCAM

Someone named Rafael made promises that he could not keep. It was a total waste of my time noting that I could have hired another company to do the work instead of relying on Rafael. This guy was very unprofessional; he made me feel that he could be trusted in meeting my deadline but he did not even bother to follow up. If you are pressed for time this company is not trustworthy..

Forgot to print some passport documents and desperately needed them before 845am. I called before they opened (8:15) and he told me I could email my documents to him and hed have them ready when they open. Came back at 8:30, documents ready in hand and the price was unbelievable good! So happy about this easy, quick and convenient experience! Thank you!

Miami Printing is a fantastic printing company! I used them to print out many flyers and brochures for a fundraising event and they turned out perfect. They were all printed in full color with lots of clarity and detail just like I wanted. Their prices are great, and everyone who works there is very friendly and professional! Great customer service.
