The Artist

Never had an issue with Club Flyers and have been doing business with them for years. They have handled all my printing needs and will continue to do so. Their quick turn around time for products when you are in a bind helps out immensely. Pros: Where else can you get quality printing, fast turn around at a great price? No where, everyone else wants to rape you on a price or give you crap card stocks. This isnt Vista Print, this is top notch service all around. No cheapo quality, flimsy business cards here that fade. Cons: My only gripes is people need to answer the phone when a client tries to call, and remain professional when asked questions. If they can improve that, it would be 100% on the money. My 5 star review is for the quality of the work they supplied which is what I hire them time and time again.

Great quality on my 12x18 posters I had printed, super low cost, and awesome turn-around time. I see some poor reviews, those are mostly people who I imagine designed their prints in MS Paint. If the colors are off - guess what - you chose the wrong colors, its not the printer that did wrong. Im really impressed. They kept in the stated dimensions (unlike vistaprint who printed a white line outside of my bleed area) and the colors and gloss were dead on. You cant beat the delivered price. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

They have a really bad attitude. Instead of helping me the customer they put the blame on me and instead of offering to make things better they told me to put in another order while there is still a coupon going on. I notice that the more quantity I order the cheaper the paper they use becomes. Its so sad that you cant expect the same quality every time you place an order.

Not very impressed. Sent them proofing of the colors/print out we needed and our order came in significantly darker with the print/color than what we sent them. I even sent a screenshot & photo to them. They offered us a 15% discount on a future order, but I will probably look elsewhere moving forward. The representative I spoke with was very polite.
