1 STAR IS MORE THAN I WOULD GIVE THIS PRINTING COMPANY BUT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR LEAVING A REVIEW. I wasted a week of my time trying to satisfy 2 printing orders for my real estate business which did not happen for many reasons. Elite Flyers states they have a 24-48 hr turnaround on proofs. That was not the case! I encountered many issues with Elite Flyers. 1. The designer does not follow instructions so I continued to receive proofs that were not to my specifications. Resulting in 1 week of time wasted. Needless to say they had designed and printed the same design a week prior for a different property. 2. Donell has a condescending & patronizing attitude and is defensive when presented with an issue but apologizes profusely. Empty words. I stated that due to my loss of 1 business week I should be compensated by not having to pay for design fees and printing on the 2 orders. Seeing as one of the jobs was a Just Listed flyer and the property is already under contract. The other job was a Just Sold flyer which was lost in their system and I needed to resend after 3 days. That did not go over very well. He stated he would waive the design fees of $150 but not printing. So who compensates me for my week wasted going back and forth with the designer Terrell? As a Real Estate Broker of a boutique real estate firm, I understand when one of my associates (or myself) makes an error, I compensate my client because I want to retain my clients for future business. I stated to Donell when I interviewed them for printing work on behalf of my brokerage, I stated I needed an approved vendor for my brokerage that would have continued business for a long time to come. Meaning Elite Flyers would be the vendor my agents would use for all print advertisements. However, penny-wise and pound-foolish. 3. When an issue was brought to the attention of Terrell or Donell they would make comments like, "you arent our only client"- Terrell, "I dont even have a credit card on file for you"-Terrell, "we arent money grabbers!"-Donell. Unnecessary comments when the standards of the business are not being followed. We started off on the wrong foot. I should have taken that as a sign and continued to shop for a professional, efficient and cost-effective printer. NOT A PROFESSIONAL OR EFFICIENT PRINTING COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Alright long review incoming and a little bit delayed. First off I want to say I have used multiple companies for business cards (Staples, Vistaprints, and received samples from a bunch of other companies). Now so many of these companies you see these "GET 250 FREE CARDS" or "ONLY $10 FOR 1000 CARDS!". This is commonly misleading. Either these only include very low quality cards, watermarked cards, etc. etc. EliteFlyers is 100% honest with you. You get this, for this. Now note, if you are planning on getting business cards (or anything like that), try to get samples from a lot of companies. Find what you like, know the difference between 14 pt. and 16 pt., gloss types, etc. Staples does not offer samples. So I did something really stupid and bought business card from them. I got gloss and their medium thickness cards. I talked on the phone for hours with support and was told it was very thick and very nice gloss. I get the cards and not only is the gloss hair thin, but it also was low quality and seemed like it didnt cover the whole card. Anyways I should get back to Elite Flyers. I cant speak towards their other products, but I can say they have the cheapest and best gloss 16 pt. business cards. Along with this Elite Flyers has great customer service and very fast processing/shipping (if you have ever ordered from Vistaprints, you will know my pain with those weeks worth of waiting). The only problem I had, which is not really a problem, had to do with shipping. I got an email stating I had a UPS package arriving the next day. I knew it had to be the cards, but my status still said production. I contacted support and they said my order hadnt even finished yet. The next day, there my business cards were. Now I know this shouldnt be a problem, and its not, but maybe they need to look into resolving that problem. TL;DR: Great company, great quality, awesome customer service.

This review Im seeing from Gina Casalez is a completely inaccurate portrayal of the company, its processes and its staff. Weve been happily using Elite Flyers since 2005 and while we rarely experience any errors, delays, or the like...when there is a small glitch its fixed right away. Because the reviews are always positive I havent felt the need to write a review but after seeing this most recent one I thought it was time to write a review. All users be advised: Elite Flyers, apart from the most competitive pricing available (trust me weve looked) has a level of customer support that no "big box" printing company would ever provide to its users plus when theres an issue (rarely) they do everything they can to fix it therefore earning the repeat business. In my opinion and only judging from review text... the negative review that precedes my review stems from an indecisive, unprepared, unorganized individual that is lashing out on a perfectly great small business. Gina...if youre late to close on a contract can you expect to forgo your entire commission? HECK NO! So how is a company reimbursing you for design costs not enough for your grief (considering some of it may be your own fault)? Sorry to go off on a tangent but it aggravates me when people use review sites to attack companies that we know are amazing. Bottom line: Always use elite flyers.

I cannot thank you enough for all of your patience. I know that it isn’t easy for anyone to keep editing and making minor adjustments to proofs over and over again, but you and your team time and time again adjusted my business card until I was 100% satisfied with it. You made the entire process an absolute pleasure. Every person that I dealt with is a true professional and showed me what phenomenal customer service is. I have never received such great service from any company. I want to thank you again for making this entire process an absolute pleasure. My business cards arrived, and I LOVE them! I have already recommended your company, and I will continue to do so. Anytime I need anything printed, I wouldn’t chose anyone but Elite Flyers. Look, I dont use google to review or post bad remarks but this company is awful. They have poor customer service that doesnt care about what you are trying to accomplish or your business. They push more products and "better quality" on you to up the price and then take days to get back to you, claiming they only call back on mondays and Wednesdays. I now have way too many business cards that dont look like the amazing proof I was sent after the tough time getting that out of them after they lied about having it done. For any small businesses out there, if you get busy and cant get something done on time, just be honest with your customer, they will understand... especially one running their own small business. But when you lied to them, you just piss them off, and dont think people cant tell. I will never use these guys again. Even after they were sooo helpful with the largest discount theyve ever given... dont be so dramatic it was pathetic.
