Went to this FedEx for the first time today. As soon as I walked in, I saw a staff member finishing a conversation with a customer. I waited as soon as she was done she looked right at me, turned her back on me and walked to the counter. I was there to use the computers, I understand theyre self-serve; but since it was my first time there I was hoping to ask some questions about services offered. After the staff member looked me right in my eyes , didnt Say anything and just walked away from me...I just figured it out on my own/did what I needed to do and left. Hopefully there is another one in the area. Its ridiculous that a staff member cant even smile and greet a customer.

The lady working yesterday was very rude to me. I brought in a retun package and she proceeded to tape the already taped box and snapped "this is just the favorite part of my day". I was confused as to why she was retaping the box and why she would have said that. Thinking I must have misunderstood I said " Im sorry, what did you say"? She repeated "this is just my favorite part of the day having to tape boxes". She was quite bent out of shape and then shakes her head in disgust. I didnt even know what to say. First and last trip there.

I got myself into a fine mess trying to print a slightly complicated print job, and the manager of this Kinkos took a long, easy time helping me conquer the finer points of orientation to produce a fine result. not only that, but he took his time to refund my money for all the ruined copies I produced, and gave me a coupon for the next time I have a print job! By my standards, this Fedex Office and Print and Ship Center is the best among many fine copy centers I have patronized. Admittedly, Im easily pleased, but you would be too!

I have used this store for over a decade to supplement as needed my home office. There is a female worker with blonde hair who has helped repeatedly early in the a.m. She is fantastic even if short-handed at times. Last Friday afternoon a recently hired assistant manager assisted me in scanning some email attachments. They had to be turned around swiftly as time sensitive, and he adeptly assisted guided me through the task. He was a huge help, and all was accomplished so quickly it was if I was still doing it from home. Bravo!!!

My wife and I went into the store the other day, we were the only people in the entire store and no greeting. The employees were talking away to each other though. Then we asked about some envelopes and the response was "whatever we have over there, thats all we got". No, "let me see if I can help you", NOTHING! Apparently, FEDEX office has a monopoly or something. If they arent the only place in town that does what they do, then I will put my money where my mouth is and NEVER (literally) shop there again.

Wow. These people are horrible. I understand you likely hate working at FedEx but you can literally feel the bitterness and disdain for their jobs emanating from each employee. God forbid a customer ask for some assistance at which point they have to *gasp* do their job! Oh woe are they who are forced to perform menial tasks in the name of Logistics. For real though, horrendous customer service. Save your time and money if you need something printed. Ill see ya at staples.

Awful service. Arrogant, unhelpful employees. I went in to get a package of importnat legal papers overnighted and they told me it would take get there overnight from when it was mailed, BUT THAT IT WOULD TAKE THEM 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME I DROPPED IT OFF UNTIL THEY WOULD GET IT IN THE MAIL. The clerk was not even apologetic. They dont have to worry about me though. I definitely will not be back. Come On!!! These people are supposed to be about speed!!!

I am currently sitting in the store waiting for the computer to type. Yes. TYPE. The computer has a timer that is running and costing me money. The computer just took 1 minute to type the phrase "Hi, Stephen". Im not sure what makes a job, that would have taken 2 minutes to do at home and just took 15 minutes to do in the store, convenient. I just typed this whole review in the amount of time it took their computer to type "Hi, Stephen".

The first time I went the service was great, but I went back the next day and the staff and assistant mgr were snippy, arrogant, and not helpful. I needed a line break added and the girl working wickedly smirked while she told me it would cost 10 extra dollars for her to press the freaking return key! Forget it! I left and went straight to office Max and was given exceptional customer service. Will never go back to this place!

I went into FedEx Office a month ago for prints and the service was terrible. The staff acted like I was bothering them and I felt rushed. I left the store irritated and my prints didnt turn out the way that I had wanted. I would rather spend the extra half hour driving to the FedEx Office in Christiansburg than return to this one in Roanoke.

Never go here. Rude staff, huge lines. For good FedEx service go to the real FedEx on Thirlane. Never go in here unless you are dropping off a prepaid package with label so you can skip the line. I have never been in here when there were less than 15 people in line.
