I highly recommend NEVER returning to this FedEx location and moving your business elsewhere. Multiple people have been towed from their parking lot within 10-15 minutes of being parked there—some even illegally because they did not verify that the vehicle owners were doing legitimate business in the shopping plaza where its contained. The staff at this FedEx is aware of the problem and even possibly scouting for the towing company. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely unsympathetic to young female college students suddenly finding themselves without a car and having to find their own way to a towing companys location in a very dangerous neighborhood. Multiple formal complaints have been and are continuing to be lodged with the areas Better Business Bureau. Legal action may even be taken. In the meantime, I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere because the people who work in this FedEx certainly do not deserve it.

The customer service staff is undeniably terrible. They couldve hired grade schoolers and would have been equally as successful if NOT more. They are incompetent and ridiculously rude. Id rather travel a thousand miles or purchase my own printer than come back to this specific location. They are obnoxious, rude, and they always seem to be in a hurry to get rid of the customers yet they are in no rush to assist. I dont understand. Honestly, fire them. Throw the whole staff away and start fresh because they are trash. I had more respect for FedEx than this and this is an insult. Theyre not even worth the 1 star so shoutout to google for that. Smh. Seriously, fire these embiciles.

New staff is the worst used to come to Tate Street FedEx Kinkos all the time always have wonderful service always was a great. But now you cant get a hello back when I walked into the store. guy looked at me like I was crazy I was just coming to pick up the order I didnt even need much couldnt tell me where if they have a clear labels are not. Rushed me out of the store as it was getting close to closing time. Im not want to leave a mess I couldnt even pick up my strap paper. Hes was so rude.

The new staff here are unbelievably terrible. I just stood inside, with 3 employees on hand, for TEN MINUTES without even being acknowledged with a "hello". I was hoping to have some documents sent to Raleigh to arrive on Monday, but I guess that isnt happening now. Thank God it isnt that time sensitive, because the staff here obviously couldnt care less.

Went there to pick up a package in a company vehicle no less, had to wait 10 minutes for help, when I walked out there was a tow truck backing up to my truck to tow it, said I was there to long. Really WTF. Mind you this was around 9am and there were only two other cars in the lot

This office has given me excellent service for the past three years. The staff has always been friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me. If you need a Kinkos/Fed Ex in the Greensboro area, this is the store for you.

Fedex here is helpful and busy. The staff are friendly, however you have to move your car if you park here and go to Chipotle or else risk getting towed!!! It sucks.
