I was hesitant to go here due to negative reviews but Im so glad I checked it out for myself. They were great! From the moment I walked in the door, there were two customers ahead of me; however, I was acknowledged and greeted by an employee who was helping someone. Right after that, Kim stepped to the counter and asked how she could help me. I had a project I was excited about and was disappointed to find out they couldnt help me with the plan I had in mind. At first Kim went back to ask her manager if they could complete my job. She came back out and explained in a very professional manner the specifics of why their equipment wouldnt work with my project. As aforementioned, I was disappointed but was not upset in the least because Kim really took the time to explain the reason. I ended up getting a few sheets laminated while i was there and when I asked Kim in a round about manner if she had made a mistake when entering the quantity, as it appeared I was being charged for an extra sheet, she again explained in a very professional manner how they base their fees. The bottom line is, I had a 5-star experience there today and will definitely go back.

From what I can tell, Fedex is cheaper than UPS. My dad used to work for UPS and they have some dirt on them for sure. Fedex staff are probably abused as well. Lower prices and poor employee relations must be why they are so short-tempered and seriously inconvenienced when it comes to helping customers. Ive made three shipments from this location and the freight center. Only one was pleasant at this location. The others had a tone of "you better NOT make me work to assist you." No matter how well you explain something when you call the 800 number, they remain polite, but CLUELESS. I have had to explain things multiple times, frequently repeating the same thing. Every phone interaction has had a foreign accent and the person seems not to understand what SIMPLE, not extravagant, customer service is. Fast food workers are more sophisticated--way more. Try to have compassion for them. They must hate their lives, jobs, and employer to be so unhelpful and rude.

Went in to mail a return which had a prepaid shipping label. I was told that they could not ship it because of how it was packed. Funny thing is, FexEx shipped the item to me in the first place, and I was mailing it back in the original packaging (exactly like FedEx shipped it to me the first time). After I politely pointed this out, they became very rude and argumentative. I was told that to ship my return, I would have to buy their box and packaging. So in short they were rude, made no attempt to help, and tried to get an additional sale. In addition, they took several minutes to come to the counter, even though no one else was in the store. Save yourself a lot of headache and go to the UPS store. Its right down the road.

Terrible customer service--and not the first time. I think i have had only one person working at the Monroeville Location ever be kind or helpful to me (he doesnt work there anymore). The workers are unfriendly, jaded, and most of all--unhelpful. When you ask a question, you get a huff or smart remark. I was just in here the last time and told the girl twice that i had a fragile package and still, she kept whipping it around. If youre sending packages, go somewhere else. Or maybe this staff should be fired. Clean slates are always helpful.

Awful, my organization does business with this place and each time I go and pick up an order placed online, which is supposed to be easier they have an excuse and most of the time do not complete the work. Instead of taking responsibility they blame coworkers and always claim they tried to contact me even when they have my business email and business phone number. I will not return here.

I used this place to print and prepare a paper for law school. The printing service was fine. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was the fact that they didnt have a heavy duty stapler. There was one at the school that I could use so it didnt turn out to be a huge problem. Thats my only suggestion at improvement.

Comical printing service. Below standard paper thin flimsy business cards, 500 count, almost $200. The cuts they did actually uncut off the top and left the bottoms white. We had to explain to clients why our cards looked so bad. Pitiful service.

They are rude and miserable. Ive gone there a few times and felt this way but last night it was terrible! I left and went to UPS today down the road, and the lady who waited on me was a breath of fresh air!

The evening staff is extremely rude and allows their friends to hang out but refuses to give paying customers prepaid orders. Will not be returning to this less than professional establishment.
