The computer so far has been great and takes some time to learn all the features. I purchased the computer from Florence South Carolina office depot and my experience was good and bad. When I went in for more information on this computer I received great customer service. The individual walked me through all the programs and how Office Depot would set everything up for me. The next day I went in for pick up and was going to buy a computer chair to go with my new computer. I had terrible customer service- no one seemed to know where anything was and I had to give up on buying a chair.(Later bought online from Office Depot). I proceeded to pick up my computer and they brought me back to finish up setting up a Microsoft account. Then the employee/manager gave the computer box to me. Then I proceeded to unhook everything not knowing what cord was what. They could not tell me if the power cord they were using for my computer set up was mine or not. I also had to pack up the computer myself not knowing if it was ready. No employee walked me through what they installed or why Microsoft office was not installed on the computer when they told me, "they would install that for me." My overall experience was very unprofessional, lacked customer service, and managers/employees need to be more knowledgeable of products. There was a lack of communication between the employee who set up the computer and who I picked it up from.

I used their copy and print services. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. They couldnt find my order, so after looking on the computer they decided to reprint my order for me which was fine. However, after they printed it they then found my original order which had the wrong name on it (hence why they couldnt find it in the first place). The girl pulled it out of the bag and it wasnt cut like I had paid extra for. So she cut them after I told her I paid for that service and gave me the extras that were printed. When I got home, I realized the cut job was horrible, it was off the markings and I had to individually recut all of them. They were not very apologetic for the errors and extra time it took, the whole time they just complained about whoever worked the copy/print center before them. Wont be using services at this store again.

The associates at this location are friendly and helpful. I like that the store is conveniently located and not in the more congested retail area of Florence. I gave a 4-star rating because I was looking for a particular brand of binders that did not stock.
