They were the only ones I found who could print a 5.75 x 5.75 trifold, & Im in South Florida so I thought this could work. For those who dont want to read, I was a fool to give them a try 3 times, and 3 times they were 3 to 5 weeks late! First time I ordered, they were a month late. (in 2012 or 13) I decided to give them another chance a year later (Still hadnt found an alternative), and again, order was a few weeks late. I dont know what I was thinking when I decided to give them one last chance on a REPRINT (Meaning the file had not changed, which should make things easier for them), yet they still found a way to be late. I placed my last order & my CC was charged on July 30, 2015. August 17, I finally receive an email saying the order will be shipped August 26. August 27, I receive a notice saying the shipping estimates are based on past jobs, theyre just estimates & my order will ship on Sept 3. Since then, NOTHING! And no one is there to pick up the phone. FYI, today is Sept 15, 45 days after placing the order. I really wonder how they can still be in business. I have a found an alternative, & theyre cheaper - So I wont have to use this company ever again!

I have found Print Pelicans customer service to be outstanding these last couple of years. There are lots of companies out there on the internet to do your printing, but I have found the staff of this company not only to be very responsive to my questions or issues, but they are proactive, making sure that I wasnt having problems placing my order. I have used their services for years because i like the quality of the product they produce. I am glad that they now allow for services which fit smaller businesses like mine. I am almost certain to continue using their services.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and responsiveness of service. I couldnt find the exact print specs I needed. The service person (Brenda Morris) found an order I made 5 years ago and produced exactly same printing, and also so quickly. The products arrived faster than any company I dealt with before, and in a good quality. Highly recommend!
