If I could rate this shop with negative stars I would without a doubt. The amount of disrespect coming from "THE OWNER" is absurd. Ok so lets start from the very beginning, on Thursday April 27, 2017 I took in my hood to get painted, Carlos the owner of the shop told me that it would be ready by Monday 12PM. Ok perfect I made all the arrangements and got the day off. Monday comes around I give them 3 calls. First at 11:29AM, second at 1:53PM and third at 3:25PM all three times I ask to speak to Carlos and hes apparently "not around". On the last call I spoke to Alvaro the manager and he told me that by Tuesday it will be ready. Minor setback but I dealt with it. Tuesday comes around, I call the shop and ask to speak to Carlos and once again give me news, they said "oh hes not in right now" is this guy ever there or they just bullshit their customers. So I pull up on my lunch break, mind you Im taking time away from my day that I have to eat to pick this hood up. I show up at around 2:15PM on Tuesday May 2nd. There was Carlos, I told him Im here to pick up the hood, he looked over and asked his manager Alvaro if the hood was ready. Completely clueless about what was going on. Then he tried bullshitting me a story on how the paint had to get stripped twice because the paint wasnt in good shape on the hood. Carloss sends Alvaro and us to the back to put the hood in my friends truck. When we got the hood back painted we saw literally all of the fish eyes in which we clearly circled with a sharpie. We call Alvaro and show him, he then again tries to bullshit us saying it would away. I ask for Carlos. He comes back outside without Carlos saying that Carlos is busy with another customer and he would be right out. Mind you there was literally no customers inside. Then he goes once more and comes back outside with another bs story. Then comes another associate named Marlene who tried being as professional as possible, I asked her to bring Carlos once more, she went inside. Came out side without Carlos once again.... At this point I was furious due to the fact that Carlos knew the paint job didnt come out good so he didnt want to deal with the consequence I then told Marlene a half ass job gets a half ass pay. Marlene also told me that Carlos didnt want to come outside. This goes to show his work is not good. If his work was good he wouldve gone outside and showed me how good the job came out. Marlene also went and said "you paid for only the paint and not to fix body work". Its common sense you dont paint over an imperfection because all youre going to do is put the paint over it. She also proceeding by saying it wouldve been extra to correct those imperfections.. why couldnt you tell me that in beginning. Once I said a half ass job gets a half ass pay then yea all of a sudden Carlos now cares. He comes racing outside screaming disrespecting a female(my girlfriend) for no reason. Goes to show how he was raised by his mother. This man is as low as you could go. Insulting us saying names, pulling "your mom" jokes on my girl friend, haha like come on your a grown ass man. After he raced outside and yelled at everyone he climbed up on the truck and scratched the middle of the hood and kept yelling out of control. He told us to leave so we left because we didnt want to start a problem, all we wanted was to pay for a GOOD JOB. Mind you this is $250 we are talking about. Bottom line dont ever go to this shop. The worse part is that his two assistants were more professional then he was. Disgusting guy Im making sure everyone I deal with never goes through this problem.

I was recently involved in an accident while going to work. After the hassle of dealing with the Insurance company, I was told to take my car to an "approved" shop. "Here we go" I told myself, Ive been down this road before and it didnt end pretty. However, when I got to the shop I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized it looked. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The most important thing to me was that the person that I dealt with didnt try to force me to leave the car, WOW. I told him I might be taking my car to the dealer and he said, "Thats OK, were here to make it easy for you". I did go to the dealer with the intention to have my car repaired there, but after waiting for 45 minutes, and being treated like if they were doing me a favor by repairing my car, I WENT BACK TO PERFECTION. Im glad I did. They did a superb job. I would recommend it to anyone who has the misfortune of being involved in an accident.

I have been a customer for about 3 years. I usually dont bother with these review things because they can be very one sided without context but I thought I should give a shout out to the best body shop in Miami. All the employees are very professional and courteous. Over the last 3 years Ive had work done on my car and every time they have delivered. The quality and service is something to admire. A year ago I was rear ended and had to take my car to Perfection. Unfortunately my bumper needed to be replaced and painted but now my car looks good as new. The paint job was great, there was not discoloration and I received my car back on the day indicated. Ive had the pleasure to speak to the owner Carlos multiple times. He is very respectful and professional. If there was ever a time my car needed to stay at the shop he would communicate that to me as well as give me honest opinions on the car. Definitely would recommend.

I dont write reviews often but these people deserved my time. I was involved in an accident less than a month after I bought my first car. In the beginning, I was skeptical about taking it to the shop the insurance company was sending me to (was not satisfied with how condescending they treated me) so after doing some research and judging by the photos posted online, I decided to take my car to Perfection for an estimate. Not only did they answer EVERY question, but explained the repair process down to the last screw. My $5,000 repair took 2 weeks (the other shop said 1 month) and you cannot see any trace where the front was repaired. If you want your vehicle to be repaired right and for you to be treated with respect, take your car to Perfection Paint & Body Shop. You will not regret it.

I dont usually like to post things about companys, but the way some people are treated here left me in shock. The first time I came I had the pleasure of being helped by the owner Carlos and it was pleasant. The second time I wasnt so pleased, the owner acted completely out of hand and cursed and yelled at a young lady. I dont like that behavior coming from a "family" man, I certainly hope he doesnt treat his family that way. And I wonder how he would react if someone yelled at his daughter the same way. So I will not ever be coming back here because of this and hopefully no other customers get treated the same way.
