NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I wouldnt let these guys finger paint for a kindergartners final exam! Picked my car up after almost $4500 repairs and they had cut into my bumper with the buffer attachment so deep it was into the plastic (which they just repainted) paint runs also in the bumper, dried paint on my chrome grille, HUGE 6 inch line from where it looked like they hit the car with something while the paint was still curing, paint runs all in the trunk lid and they even put a major scratch on my drivers side door that was all the way down to the metal! Didnt buff my headlights like I paid for, said the guy didnt feel like going through the trouble of taking them off. They "fixed" the issues within a day I came back and they didnt wet sand ANYTHING edge of the hood felt like shark teeth, dust from sanding all on my back seat and trapped in my 3rd brake light, and a huge line of clear coat over spray down the entire top of the car. Not to mention They had CHRISTMAS TREE CLIPS used for front bumper plugs instead of the correct plugs I asked them to use, headlights were loose from missing bolts and the pins to connect the splash panel to the underside of the bumper, oh they lost a few so the replaced them with old bolts. Within 3 MONTHS the front bumper started chipping and Im still finding trash all in my paint. On the 3rd attempt the manager got an attitude with me. So I recently went to a REAL BODY SHOP and had some of the issues fixed and they even said how terrible of a job they did and that the paint doesnt even match! NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

I live in Durham but had heard good things about Flow so I drove an hour and half to get a small repair done on my Audi A5. After 2 weeks, I was told that the repairs were complete, the car had been checked by a technician, and it was finally ready to be picked up. I once again drove an hour an a half to Flow and within a few seconds of pulling off the lot found that the wheel was crooked (I had to hold it at 1:00 position to go straight. Putting the wheel straight would have sent me into a wall). When I walked back in and brought this up with the staff (having them drive it so they could see for themselves) I was told that they must not have fully checked that it was working. The kicker was that meant I would need to drive all the way back an hour and a half again in a day or two to pick it up after the wheels had been re-aligned. When youre paying top dollar you expect a job well done, not to pick up a car with a flaw so visible you can notice after driving it for 10 seconds. Do yourself a favor a save yourself the headache of dealing with Flow motors.

At this point, I can not tell you how the service was performed. However I can say that I am not impressed with their customer service. When I was attempting to bring the car in 3 weeks earlier, It took several phone calls before anybody would call me back. Now after 3 weeks, the work should have been completed approximately 3 days ago, I have left phone calls on each day with the manager and no response or returned call. I would think a courtesy call would be reasonable, especially with an $8,100 repair job. I can only assume they simply dont care.

Left massive gap between headlight and hood. Door locks didnt work after I took it back twice for a totally different issue. Interior trim was permanently warped and didnt fit back into correct spot. Told ME how to adjust hood, instead of fixing it themselves. Had to email management to get a call back from service rep. Employees hide from you behind their cubicles so they wont have to "deal" with you. This place is a junkyard posing as a shade-tree body shop. Take your car elsewhere!

We have 3 vehicles get tree sap damage on the paint. Then we had another vehicle that was involved in a rear end accident. Insurance had not issues working with Flow. All told, Flow was great at making the cars look and feel like new. Sure there was the inconvenience of having to wait, but repairing cars is not a fast process to do it right. We have them as our preferred place for any future insurance claims.

They take pride in their work, unlike another autobody repair place (unlike R@#$%^!L Autobody Repair in GSO on Battleground Rd) Great customer service. Would have given them 5 stars but for One thing... I had regular screws on my license plate cover, and they put bolts my license plate cover....I cant take the cover off to get to my license plate!!!! Going to have to take it to a shop to get it off!!!

I was told my car would be ready for pick up by 4/21....but here we are, three weeks later, still waiting for parts and Im being told that when these parts arrive the work will take "at least a week". If you need your car repaired in a timely manner, I highly suggest you take it somewhere else. A month behind the original date promised seems excessive to say the least!

I was extremely pleased with not only the repairs, but the exceptional service. They told me it might take up to 2 weeks, but I received a call 3 days later "After Hours" to let me know that my truck was finished and they stayed an hour late to allow time for me to pick it up. I will not have my repairs done anywhere else from now on. Superb Job!

Terrible. Do not ever use their services it is a waste of time and money. It took them FOUR weeks for a simple fix on my auto. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
