Initial work was subpar and took longer than it was supposed to. Replacement part did not fit properly and when taken back to have fixed under Iifetime warranty where they "guarantee" their work. The employees were rude, condescending and unhelpful with the exception of Ashley and refused to hear what I was suggesting. Ultimately, they fixed the part from falling off constantly, dragging the ground, as well as, my front tire but the damage was done and while fixing the original problem they cracked the bumper in three places and now refuse to fix it. One star because I couldnt give any less. Very disrespectful. I asked for a price quote on 2 different year parts and for them to provide documentation of what part was originally used and the man printed 2 documents with same year and basically threw them and my keys at me and stated "I havent got time to stand around and discuss this with you".

I have had the misfortune to have had to use Flow Honda Paint and Body Shop on more than one occasion. Each time it has been a great experience and they always have had the vehicles ready in the time frame that they quoted. Although I have purchased Hondas that have been repaired there, they also did a great job on a Jeep Wrangler that I needed work on.

I purchased my Honda Civic at Flow Honda. Flow Body Shop did the pin stripe and detailing I wanted extra. Everyone was extremely friendly, made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and done in a timely manor. Thank you Honda Body Shop for a GREAT job. I highly recommend and will go back if I need any repair or work on my car!!!!!
