CHRIS LEVY IS THE WORST!!!!!! I truly wish there were an option for zero stars. This was absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had IN MY LIFE with car repair. My car was involved in a hit and run accident back in early September, and this place was recommended to me by Jeep on Pines, and they specifically recommended Chris Levy. It must have been opposite day or something because I cannot believe that anyone would ever recommend him. I swear to God that he was high as a kite every time I met with him. He works incredibly slow, which is a sign of being high (I am trained in mental health, with a masters degree). His tone was also too chill every time to be sober. He was so slow, that it took 2 months to repair my car. I called him many times to check on the status of my car, and rarely got a response. One time when I did get through to him he picked up and said that he "would not talk because he was on lunch". EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and terrible business. If you "would not talk" then why did you pick up??? Also, when my car was finally repaired there was damage done to my tints. He denied the damage until my boyfriend took him outside and showed him. He then agreed that it was indeed damaged. He said that he was going to have a guy come to my work to fix the tints....4 weeks later and multiple calls later and nothing, and no one came. Finally I said that I would not wait any longer and that I was going to take it somewhere myself and invoice him. That is what I did, though I wasted time and gas that I should not have had to, I was sick of waiting. When I had finally signed off on my car and taken it home the manager, Beverly, apologized to me for Chris and how terrible he was and is (she knows that he is bad, and was shocked that it took him 2 months to fix my car--- I baffles me as to how he is still employed there). So, now on February 28th, I get a call from Chris Levy saying that he forgot to charge me my $500 deductible. I thought it was a joke, but nope--it was real. This horrible employee had the audacity to call me 6 months later demanding money. I was assured of my thoughts that he is high from this conversation as well. He first called me Ashley to which I said "No, I am Christine..." He said "oh, ok", and then continued to call me Ashley... Clearly he was calling this "Ashley" as well to demand money from her that he neglected to charge 6 months ago. Within a matter of 24 hours he called/harassed me multiple times, he called/harassed my Dad in Massachusetts multiple times (I am a grown adult, moved out of their house and everything), and he called my insurance multiple times, threatening to file against me and have the cops bang down my door for the $$. Remember now, it had only been 24 hours since his initial call. I called my insurance and told them the whole story, and they were shocked at his actions as well. I spoke with Beverly, as I refused to speak with Chris. She unfortunately still insisted that I pay the $500, which I eventually did because I do not need issues like this in my life. I did try to fight it and explain to her that the terrible service and experience that I had should at least call for a discount. She did not help in that sense, though she is respectable and was very professional the whole time. However, I do not understand why she keeps Chris employed. I will NEVER EVER go here again, and even when my boyfriend has to get work done on his Corvette, I refuse to pull into the lot to pick him up. That is how bad the experience was with Chris Levy.

Really wish I had read the google reviews! My 2006 Chevy Corvette has been in the collision shop since March 3rd. Yes, you read that right... March 3rd. That is 73 days and counting. According to the insurance company, this is a three week job. Today was the second time I went to pick up my car after being notified it was done and the second time I left without my car as it is clearly not. First time I was told the car was done, I found the hood inoperable, moldings missing and/or not secured, doors, quarter panels, etc not adjusted/ out of line, and to add insult to injuries, scratches caused by the repairs were not repaired. All this after waiting an hour for them to find my car and bring it up. At todays second attempt to retreive my car after being assured it was done, I found issues with paint, parts, adjustments, moldings, scratches, an inoperable trunk, uneven gaps in the doors, scratches on new parts, and swirls over the entire car finish. To add insult to injury, today my advisor couldnt even be bothered to get off his chair to acknowledge me. He had the receptionist drive my car up and sent one of the service techs out with me to go over my car. Not one ounce of an apology... not one second of attention. I have to say, after the first time, I left several messages for the Collision Manager who never returned my calls. I spoke to the General Manager Brian who returned my call after hours but unfortunately he is not over Collision. He has been very apologetic, but was not successful in getting me a call from a manager over collision. Before I left today, I asked to speak to the Collision manager and was told hes not available. I called General Manager Brian who took my call and again was very apologetic. After our conversation, I finally received a call from the Collision manager Graham who notified me he (finally) looked over my car and discussed it with his service team. He assured me he would personally inspect the car before they notify me that it is done for the third time. Note to self, always check the google reviews CAREFULLY before using a new service. Like Anthony Gallo, who by the way has the same body style as my car, I chose them due to my excellent experience with the Service Center. Again, lesson learned BTW, the 1 star is ONLY because I cant rate them with no stars. Stay clear!

For a simple bumper and trunk repair they had my car for a month. I was told the repairs would take 4 to 5 days. When I called on the last day I was told that nothing was done to my car because a supplement was needed and that they called me on the 22nd but I didnt drop the car off until the 23rd. The call on the 22nd was only to get the Vin number to order the right part so how would they have known a supplement was needed before seeing the car. Spencer was rather rude and his response was something along the lines of "Im telling you what can be done at those point". He never admitted to not advising me of the delay. He NEVER returned my calls so I lost money leaving work early to drive there for updates plus the 400 I have to pay for insurance on my rental. After having my car for a month the after market part didnt even fit( I know the insurance approved the part and not the dealership). I brought the car back and they attempted to fix it but it looked worse. When I returned again the manager(Jamaican lady) was nice at first but told me that I kicked my car the last time I came out. 1. No I didnt. She then said I used my foot to show where the car was messed up..... Thats not kicking the car. 2. The part doesnt fit so kicking it wouldnt make it fit less and 3. The trunk wasnt fixed properly. Would me kicking the bumper shift the trunk? The mention of "kicking the car" shows that they will never take responsibility for their slackness. Ive worked customer service for 10 years. Most of those years were in de-Escalating irate situations and even I know that at some point you have to take responsibility and admit wrongdoing. The insurance company is having me bring the car back for a factory part and he claims Auto nation agrees to fix the trunk. Hopefully Im satisfied so that I can revise my review. I am hoping that they dont park my car under a tree again and return it with those hard water marks that made me HAVE to get a professional wash because my scrubbing and the drive through couldnt remove it. Im really a nice person but they look at me in horror when I walk in. Ive had enough. I wish I had went to some rinky dink shop on a back street. No joke
