Hace un mes y 15 dias exactamente West Miami Body Shop recogio amablemente mi carro, me hicieron creer que mi carro estaba en las mejores manos. Una semana despues tras no recibir noticias llamo a state farm, aseguradora que los reconienda 100 % y alli me facilitan el telefono de esta entidad. Tras llamarles me sale esta chica Mirta diciendome que me iba a enviar un email donde yo debia autorizar que tocaran el carro. Al recibir el formulario( formulario de estimado de daños completamente vacio) me pedian que lo firmara como autorizando que con esa firma tenian derecho de comenzar a arreglar mi carro, formulario donde mas tarde agregarian una suma inmensa de daños con us respectivos precios por los cielos. Bueno. A la semana recibo una llamada del representante de infinity: seguro del carro que me golpeó para decirme que solamente podian cubrir 10 mil dolares de daños a mi carro que el resto lo debia cubrir mi seguro y le pregunto que en cuanto se valoraba el arreglo de mi carro y me dice que un aproximado de 10 mil dolares y a eso habia que agregarle la renta del carro que solo cubre 80 %, el resto de la renta sale de mi bolsillo. Hasta la fecha hace un mes y 15 dias y aun no se cuando estara disponible mi carro. Hace 3 semanas llame a west miami para saber cuando podia recoger mi carro y esta chica, La grosera Mirta en su griteria y su cosa me pelea a mi en vez de yo a ella para decirme que el carro aun no esta porque ellos trabajaban por horas y que mi carro se habian ordenado las piezas y todas no han llegado. En fin me tome un vaso de aguabpara refrescarme y quedamos en que la siguiente semana estaria listo mi carrito. La otra semana llamo y la misma historia maquillada de otra manera, otra vez me dicen que las piezas se ordenaron erroneamente y que estan esperando lleguen. Llamo por tercera vez la otra semana y me dicen que la pieza llegaba el mismo dia que llamaba y que el viernes podia recoger el carro que esta quedando nuevo como del dealer y asi intentaban enamorarme para limar asperezas. Llego el viernes y yo ansiosamente llamo para recoger mi carro y para mi sorpresa la Mirta me dice que la pieza no llego que el lunes si debe estar el carro. El lunes por problemas de trabajo termine tarde y no pude llamar pero el martes para mi sorpresa de nuevo la pieza no ha llegado, lleva 10 dias la ultima pieza de mi carro en camino a este lugar. Hoy llamo a mi seguro para quejarme y amablemente me transfieren con el departamento de reclamos, la chica muy amable de intermediaria intento ayudar en la disputa entre el mentiroso y descarado Carlos actual dueño del body shop y yo. Este tipo dijo que yo di problemas para firmar el formulario y se basa qu di problemas porque llame para que me explicaran xq un formulario de estimacion de daños vacio yo tenia que firmarlo. Dice que si se orden piezas equivocadas no es su problema , acaso soy yo el de un taller por años el que debe saber cual pieza poner y cual no ? A todas estas la agente de reclamos le preguntaba que dia podia estar el carro listo y este tipo seguia diciendo que no sabia porque hasta que no llegara la pieza no podia saber con exavtitud. Hago incapiez en la pieza porque mi carro es un Chrysler 2015 y es completamente carro americano, vivo en america y segun tengo entendido por este carlos h por la demora de la pieza la mandaron a buscar a china o cuidado al planeta martes. Conclusiones: ya me tome mi vaso de agua para refrescarme, ya me calme de nuevo tras el jnsulto de este review y les digo, alejense de este lugar. Ellos son amables cuando quieren dinero pero una vez tengas tu carro alli te van a dar dolores de cabeza a matar y si padeces del corazon o de la presion ve preparando tu ataud porque creamme se van a disgustar muchisimoncon ellos por su nivel de descaro, desorganizacion, poco profesionalismo y falta de respeto. Ladrones y sinicos es lo que son. Desafortunadamente state farm tiene quebpagar los platos rotos de estos basuras. Buena suerte y no debia haber dado ninguna estrella, gente como estas deberian estar presos por fraudulentos y bajos

WOW! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had my car taken to this body shop, as per State Farm in order to receive an estimate for some repair work. I was sent an authorization form by the body shop that required my signature, where I checked off that I did not authorize any work to be done without being provided with an estimate from the body shop first. Which I never was. The state farm adjuster went out last Wednesday on the 15th, and the very next day on the 16th, I called the shop and informed them that I would not be doing the work with them, and would like to pick my car up. At that point, I was notified by the owner that they had already removed the bumper and ordered the parts. Without my authorization, and that they would not release my car back to me until I paid them to re-install my bumper that they took off. I have called every day, and they still will not give me back my car. And now on top of that, they are charging me storage fees for each day that the car is there, even though they are the ones refusing to return it back to me. I have the document that was signed and faxed back to them stating that they needed to run the repairs by me prior to beginning the work. When I brought this up to the owner Carlos, he told me that he did not care. That the document didnt actually mean anything and was just a "formality". It has now been a week since the owner has refused to release my car, and I will be contacting the police this afternoon to see if there is anything they can do as well. This place is completely crooked, and the owner Carlos has pretty much stolen my car at this point.

Be demanding and explain what you want to they have good staff working on cars but management needs to improve on what they promise
