From the moment that I arrived to Planet Dodge Mr. Carlos Morales advisor and Liason from Autobody experts , he showed a genuine concern for my wifes vehicle , he was on top of all parts making sure that they arrived on a timely manner coordinating all efforts with the insurance company coverage these guys are top notch , within a few days I had my Wifes Dodge Caravan Crew Van back with a dealership quality . From the moment you go inside from the reception with a welcoming atmosphere , water bottles to their clients , coffee and other amenities as well while you wait as all others Advisors such as (David Villareal, were excellent in customer service by making sure all minimum details are taken care off ....And now I have returned again this time with my Mercedes Benz car wreck , I trust them entirely and you can too as well, I fully recommend this body shop. I will rate it again once I get my Mercedes Benz back ....

I cannot express with words how thankful I am. Auto Body Experts USA in Miami Fl , is one of the most professional, efficient, and honest body shop around. I was involved in a three car accident, well four to be exact. My car a Dodge Journey was hit twice in the rear which pushed me into the car in front of me. The accident caused damage to the front, and rear bumpers of my vehicle. To make this long story short. My Dodge Journey was thourghrully inspected, and restored back to its showroom appearance. Big thanks again to : Eddy & Juan who dealt with me personally. Juan, thanks for keeping me up dated through this process. Eddy, thank you for taking the time , from the beginning to the end. My name is William I had a terrible car accident about a month ago and a loyal friend recommended me this body shop, I must say they were very attentive with all of my needs from the receptionist Yuri who always answers your call witch I didnt have to call much because the advisor Eddy always kept me posted daily on the status of my 2010 infinity g37 so I knew when my vehicle would be ready. Turn around time was very fast and when I received my vehicle it looked like it was never in a head on collision. I was worried when I went to return my leased vehicle last week that I would have to pay something because of the accident but the repairs were done so professionally I turned in my lease without a hick up. Thank you auto body experts you guys are number #1.

Auto Body Experts USA was referred to me by Planet Dodge, after my Dodge Charger was involved in an unfortunate collision. I was not at fault, so the other drivers insurance was responsible for covering my repair. The insurance company wanted to cut costs and place faulty aftermarket parts that didnt fit my vehicle. Thankfully, the helpful staff at Auto Body Experts got in the touch with the insurance company and got them to approve OEM parts for my car! Juan and Yuri were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and they made sure to keep me at ease with frequent updates about my cars repair. Auto Body Experts USA truly cares about their customers, and for that they will continue to be my go-to body shop! Thank you guys!

It was a wonderful and stress free experience!!! I though it would be a nightmare as I heard Bodyshops seen to be one but I was impress by the service provided but the advisor who help me out (Carlos Morales) he made it such a great experience, he understood exactly what I wanted to get done to my 2016 Mazda 6 so it could look just how I dream of, Had them do a detail and also I had them Wrap the roof black with a vinyl, excellent customer service, I got updates as the work got done in the car and it was done in a timely manner which is very important to me since as a mother I have many errands to run, now my friends are asking how can they get their cars looking cool like mines.

Amazing work from custom to existing body work and paint repairs at the best prices in town. Took my 2016 corvette for some work and couldnt be more satisfied with the quality and service . Eddie, my advisor, is the best I have ever had. He even sent me pictures of the car as it was being worked on. No one has ever provided that level of service ever. He is a huge asset to the shop and a difference maker, as he provided service way beyond my expectations . I highly recommend this shop and if you need anything ask for Eddie. You wont be disappointed .

Came for a quote on minor body work. Presumed owner did not make eye contact and told me to take a seat. After a short wait, he asked about insurance and explained that depending on circumstances he may give me a quote that could be illegal. Im giving a bad review because of his rude attitude and pompous reaction to my request. As a potential client, I expect a more professional attitude and treatment. With that said, I left without a quote after agreeing with the owner that we could not work together. Never had such rude treatment at a body shop.

In January, my Jeep Cherokee got rammed in the back by a tow truck. The whole rear of the vehicle was destroyed. I was put in the hands of Auto Body Experts. I am so glad I was. The service in amazing, the updates that they send to your phone is great. Last but not least, the work that they performed on my vehicle was honestly the best, the car looks brand new again just like it did before the accident. Thank you to David & Cesar for all their help! If your thinking about this place, dont think twice. Truly best body shop in Miami!

Watch out a thief! I had no problem with their services, but there is a thief. Dont leave anything valuable in the car even your key holder! When I went there to pick up my car, my key holder was gone and thankfully the thief kindly left all my keys in the car. Even though they have surveillance cameras every where, they claim they couldnt find the evidence and I couldnt get any help with this issue. Who can expect someone would steal a key holder, even though it was from a luxurious brand... Very disappointing!
