Hoy le doy una sola estrella al gimnasio soy cliente de este gimnasio desde hace tres años por lo general son muy limpios, El personal cambia prácticamente todas las semanas por lo que no se establece una relación y las personas que trabajan allí no le importa mucho el gimnasio me he quejado más de seis veces de que faltan enganches actualmente hay tres máquinas sin poderse utilizar sólo por un enganche que vale sólo tres dólares en Home depot hace más de tres semanas que faltan y no lo han repuesto a pesar de mi Insistencia con el personal del gimnasio de la 199 y 10 avenida Por favor espero que la reponga lo antes posible gracias

No reasonable Assistant Manager at all!!! I have been member for over 2 years with a black membership, which allows you to bring a guest everytime among other perks. I used to know pretty much all staff including the assistant manager which did not allow my father to come as guest this morning without an ID, he said that he cant do it not only once and he was the top authotity there. Really sad words, and owner of the franchise should not be happy that this kind of threatment is delivered to regular customers. I, as business owner, undertand that from time to time you need to be reasonable with customers, even when that mean a minimun loss, however this case was extreme just for nothing. It made me got upset, I lost time going there, I did not workout because dont want to leave my father awaiting for 40 mins. When the gym opened, the STAFF was really friendly, you use to feel welcome and happy with the treatment from them. Now they change them every month. I dont have nothing against this gym, just that now I dont feel pleased to going anymore, there is other options like Youthfit, LA Fitness, etc.

First this place is like home for some ppl... They buddy up n just hang out like its a cafe. The womans locker room they were watching videos on their phone. So I usually just go in Workout thn go get my clothes to shower. As I was walking out no one said bye. At other pf they assume Im leaving and say have a good day.. So when I come back in, the girl who checked me in was no longer there plus it was like four employees just chatting. When I went to the shower there was no hot water. So instead of being mature n professional and acting if Im a member they cut off the hot water. I know the hot water was cutt off because 15 mins before I used the hydromassage bed which uses hot water to massage you. I called the front desk because I wasnt going to be stupid enuff to shower with cold water. The cold water was working in seconds. When I get a chance I will call cooperate about this

I have been a member of other gym franchises on the past never had a problem with any of them, however I moved close to the one in 8th st Westchester area. I have been using this one for a good 3 months now and I have brought about 5 people to the gym since then. About a week ago I walked into the gym started doing my exercises while 15 minutes comes by a guy approach me on a very unprofessional manner and tells me how I cannot wear a homemade tank top, and proceed to write a note in the system. I am a professional and deal with customers all day in public and over the phone. If I ever treat or approach any of my customers the way I was treated I will be in the employment line. I was really disappointed about the issue hope it wont happened again.

Apparently it is corporate policy to throw away any lost & found items every Friday, even if they are expensive and found on Thursday. I lost my bluetooth earphones this way. When I found someone elses prescription glasses on a Wednesday, I asked PF if they would throw them out that week, and they shrugged Yes. (I gave them my card instead.) They told me they have the policy to keep from hanging into old sweaty clothes. Seems like a lousy excuse to mistreat customers property. Even if it is corporate policy, the staff still have discretion.

Excellent GYM, Clean all the time, Equipment works right, Staff is very friendly and helpful. You wanna go somewhere to workout and feel that you accomplished something and this is the place to go. You can come early in the morning to do your workout before work or After work, although after work it does get really packed you can regulate your schedule to a better time that can suit you because they are always open and the weekend hours are great. Now, stop thinking about it and go get your membership. This is your GYM!

Being a former member of L.A Fitness, one of the first things that impacted me about Planet Fitness is the extreme cleanliness. The machines are well maintained and constantly cleaned by the staff. All the employees working at the location are wonderful and attentive and you can tell they take their jobs seriously. For the price of membership this gym exceeds my greatest expectations.Special thanks to Mss.Klaudia for her service and profesional attentions.

Great place to workout specially early in the morning when theres barely anyone there, the have the latest equipment and the staff is very friendly and professional. With the black card only $20 bucks p/ month you have unlimited use of everything plus you can bring a workout partner every time at no extra cost, what other gym has that? None. Everything is always clean and neat. I recommended this gym to everyone I know, its awesome.

I was really pleasantly surprised. Good service, friendly staff, including reception and trainer, everything is very clean, and reasonable prices. And on top of all, free pizza night once a month! Who can beat that? Definitely better than LA Fitness, which is where I came from. Would highly recommend. To top it off, James gives awesome interval classes. You can tell he loves what he does in his dedication and professionalism.

He goes above and beyond to help out his clients in anyway he can. Such a great help to motivate me to try my very best every time I come in! The place itself is great and always very clean with friendly employees. Only downside is lately its become a daycare with a bunch of kids (middle schoolers I guess) during the after school hours. These kids are annoying, obnoxious, and often come in groups, unaccompanied by their parents so you do the math.

My favorite Planet Fitness location. This one has 2 levels and tons of equipment as well as a decent free weight section. This location like all had a spa area and tanning but unlike the others, they have both stand up and lay down tanning beds. Facility is clean and staff is friendly.
