Staff is super friendly. Most fellow gym goers are as well; not expected from a Miami gym, to be honest. The gym itself is clean and well stocked; albeit a bit small for all the equipment they have. Would love for them to expand to get some space opened up as it is tricky to find a spot even to stretch or roll out. They are fully committed to serving bodybuilders, which is super great if you are, well, a bodybuilder. They have an impressive selection of isolation machines, some of which I havent seen anywhere else. I would prefer some more power racks, heavier kettlebells, a row machine or two, and a bit of free space to do bodyweight moves. Just to give you an idea of what I would consider to be a more ideal gym setup. The music...oh man...not my favorite...I think its staff-curated Spotify which is predominately angry metal from the 80 and 90s mixed in with hippity-hop from the 90s and 00s. Then again, I prefer the sound of plates clanking and effort-boosting grunts when I am putting work in. Overall great value, and am very happy I found it since I split time between here and Cali. The affordability means I can pay for a month even if Im only here for a couple of weeks without stressing.

Great gym for bodybuilders and people who are just interested in fitness. Memberships are reasonable and no signup fees or any other fees for that matter. The best part open 24/7! They are also expanding into the space next door and adding even more equipment so I was told last night. 18 min drive from Miami beach. Which is good considering the crunch is a disaster and they are closing their alton location.

Terrible customer service by front desk.The guy providing this terrible experience claimed to be an owner of the gym because he said his father was the owner. Completely rude and un profesional. I would always come here late at night and pay the daily fee to workout but this time I decided to bring 2 of my friends as well so we can sign up to get the memebership. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, never coming back.

signed up on Sunday, cancelled my LAF membership. I have been looking for a gym like this. Porkys was where it was at. Im glad they brought back that old school feel. I dont need my headphones anymore as the music they blast is similar to what I listen to. great price too! everyone thus far is friendly. JOIN NOW! hope they expand a bit more- space and equipment wise. I need to get a shirt!

We were visiting Miami for a week and my husband wanted to visit a pay per use gym - this seemed to be the only one for miles! At $10/day for non-members, and equipped with wifi and warm shower facility, the price was reasonable. Hector made us feel very welcomed and I believe the weights were decent cos the hubs left the place smiling!

Great gym with wide arrangement of free weights, and stations, along with a couple of cardio units. Also open and manned for 24hrs, so you can access anytime for a 1day pass ($10). Downsides - absolutely no windows, very dark, and a few bits of equipment could be refurbed e.g cable machines needing oiling.

Beware dont come here caught staff infection in this gym! Its disgusting the members with their shirts off the machines are dirty it smells very bad!!! Girls injecting them selves with steroids on the bench. The staff working out while people are waiting to come in the gym. This place should be closed.

The gym is like the old school/plenty of free weights variety. Space is limited and it does get crowded at times. I cancelled because of additional unexpected and unauthorized membership charges. Best to pay monthly and devoid of automatic deductions.

Love the sexy meatball bodybuilders here. They hit my ankles when they throw the dumbbells, but thats alright. The black trainer is funny too. He snuck-up behind me and I got scared because I thought he looked like Koko.

Great local old school style gym. Good free weights. Great atmosphere for lifters and others. Only con I could give was people in the gym didnt respect the weight locations and would leave weight on bars.

Great gym!! If you love to train hard this is a must visit spot. Loud music, good equipment selection, no nonsense crowd. The added art and photos is a great feeling if youre into the iron sport.

Its a decent gym, but its frequently crowded. Loud hip hop music is blasted from the speakers, so if you dont like that sort of thing, then this may not be your kind of gym.

Dont think it gets much better than this! Loved every bit of it. Hardcore, no hassles, great staff and members. Will certainly go there every time I visit the Miami area!

This is a hard core gym! Everyone that comes here is serious about working out. The owners are super nice and the staff is excellent.
