USI isnt the fanciest gym nor is it the most glamorous, but those kinds of gyms are usually full of older people that barely lift. The owners are a dedicated group of locals that have hand picked all the equipment to be functional. Think of this as a budget Equinox; much lower price and much more equipment with good service. Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against Equinox at all. There isnt much you can say bad about this gym. Theres plenty of everything for you here. You know we are severely lacking in gyms here in South Florida (no joke) so this is an oasis. This gym is severely busy (parece LA Fitness en Hialeah) around 1500-1800, so plan accordingly.

I joined usi seeking a different personal training experience and i definitely found it! The personal training team is a highly experience, energetic group of people with great personalities. They focus on my goals working around my past injuries making sure i get maximum results without having pain. The center is very organized and clean. The staff is amazing and they help you right away. The owners are too cool! It really feels like i want to be part of usi for the rest of my life

Ultimate Sports Institute & Fitness Center is an awesome gym! They have made some great changes since taking over last year. I love the group classes and the Pilates classes give me a great workout! The schedule is very accommodating for my work schedule. My daughter loves the childcare room and the ladies that take care of her are excellent! They have a lot of new cardio equipment and really exceptional personal trainers. USI is the best gym in Weston!

Great gym, has everything you could want for strength and endurance training. Very good personal trainers and staff is friendly. The one down side I would say is the guys that go there in spandax and dont wear shirts while working out. Come on man. Other then that great place but a little packed so far in Jan, but last year was fine when I go at 5pm till about 7pm.

Worst gym in the area. Old equipment , dirty and reduced space. Extreme crammed and machines always broken. Managing staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the type if gym for serious individuals. Way too expensive for that living room size weight room. My advise is go to a real gym, enjoy a decent work out experience and save money.

Best gym in the area, very clean and the staff is extremely nice. Is the only gym I´ve been where the owners are there most of the time and they really care about their clients. Also is very affordable and the personal training is the best they actually make sure you reach your goals!!!!

This gym is by far the best gym around. Clean facility, great classes, and fun staff. The personal training program here is second to none. They work with everyone from young kids to professional athletes. When you step foot in the gym you feel motivated to better yourself.

Ive been to several gyms in the area & what I like most about USI is that it stands out & the owners take care of it. It may not be the largest or fanciest gym but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Overall a great experience. Lots of equipment, Benches are rarely hard to come by, and the facility is maintained well by friendly maintenance staff. A great choice for the serious gymrat.

It seemed better than most gyms. I tried Youfit around the corner and didnt like that at all. My wife comes here almost every day and she loves it. She says the classes are awesome.

this place is a joke, the membership just allow you to use half of the gym which all of the machines are old, they dont want you using the new part of the gym! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Great gym, I live in palm beach but when Im in Weston I always come here for their 10 dollar day pass. Very friendly and I love the old school machines.
