The owner seemed very friendly on the phone. Thats the only good thing i can say about this shop. The other workers were rude if they picked up the phone at all that is! They will all tell you a different thing of whats going on with your car. They will misplace your key and after you had the car towed to a different shop and then are not able to start it without it guess what? No, they wont bring it to you even though it was their fault. The towing service had to go back there another day to get the keys! Oh and did i mention the prices are ridiculous? 200 USD alone for diagnostics, glad i didnt get it fixed there too or the cost would have probably been in the thousands!

I took my car in to get my to get a break light replaced that cost $25 for the part over $65 for labor, etc... when I went to pick up the car.. the left and right axles caught fire with me inside the car... I have received horrible customer service from both Firestone main customer service number and the people at this Firestone at 740 Alton Rd... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE....

Friendly knowledgeable service. Chris at the front desk had all the time to answer my questions and explain the work that needed to be done. Parts were ordered the same day and installed at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Robert really listened to what I needed and my new tires and shocks were installed as well as other service in a few hours. The price was quite fair. I did not have an appointment but it might be a good idea.
