Sean was our real estate for a property my wife and I purchased back in November of 2016. We decided to go with Sean because he has been a real estate agent in this area for many years, and us being from California, we need it someone that knew the area and knew how to navigate the local market. We are so glad we made this choice...the real estate in Miami is very different from California, and Sean was able to walk us through the Miami process, but most important, we quickly learned that Sean was someone we could trust. He provided us with knowledgeable information, and he never push us to make any decision we were not 100% sure. After the purchase, he continue to make himself available and help us connect with other people like builders for renovations, and housework help.

I am an investor in Miami, and have purchased two Fannie Mae properties through Sean Greco at RE/MAX. I dont even know where to start in my praise for Sean and RE/MAX! Sean is a PHENOMENAL agent! Fannie is known for having verrrrry slow closings (one took 6 months and the other 4 months to close), but Sean kept me updated the whole time. He did a TON of work behind the scenes, and only came to me when he had exhausted all other options. I think his work alone kept both deals alive! If youre looking for an agent who will bust his butt to get your deal closed, Sean is your man!

Well I am trying to move to Miami and looked for real estate agents. They got me a guy named David Yepez. After the first call I was super enthusiastic that we gonna find an apartment soon and in the time frame I needed it. Awesome. But right after that. The guy didnt answer phone calls and got mia for days. Then got back at me with other apartments and made it look like he was working on it but he really didnt. Worst part of all of it, he tried to make me feel like there is no way I can find a regular one bedroom for 1200$ in Miami.
