AMAZING! Do you enjoy giving your money to companies that dont care about you? if so you should definitely rent from CW Francis these people are top-notch, they care about their renters and they do anything they can to help you out. But in reality I will never rent from these people again. In 2 years... I went a whole week without a toilet over a week with no ac my stove is a great color of yellow with only two working burners. I dont have any working outlets in my living room. Also these people dont understand how a telephone works. Every person in my 8 building unit hates the people in the office. So just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM C.W.!!!!

Have been a renter with CW Francis for over 6 years and have found them very accommodating whether its late rent or something thats in need of repair. Far too often we are so quick to complain that we forget to tell someone "Thanks" for a good job so I must not be remiss in saying Kudos for working with my air conditioning issue for the past week and having it up and running in time for the 4th of July Holiday. My husband and I made a few calls where all messages were not only returned but follow-up calls made to ensure all was well. Thank you to All of CW Francis for your consummate professionalism, courtesy and teamwork in getting the best job done.

I am trying to find a property to rent and was very interested in one that they had listed. I called for a week before someone FINALLY answered the phone or returned my calls just to find out that they had just accepted a contract on the house. If youre looking for a real estate company that actually gets back to you and answers the phone with a friendly person on the other line then this is NOT the company for you.
