For over 20 years, Ive considered Charleston my favorite vacation getaway. From trips with my best friends, to romantic weekends, to my parents 50th Anniversary, to countless meals at new and exciting restaurants, to spending the day alone on the pristine and wild Bulls Island, to my new granddaughters first carriage ride, this magical place continues to provide endless memories. Im already planning my next Charleston adventure for later this year....my 50th birthday celebration. And throughout the years, Dunes Properties has continually provided myself, my friends and my family premier vacation rentals that far exceeded our expectations. I cant wait to knock on their doors again.

i went on a girls vacation with 3 other girls to the Folly Beach area . We stayed at a Dunes Vacation Rental Property that was able to accommodate all 4 of us easliy . Everything about it was wonderful . The condo was tastefully decorated and clean . Parking was available on site . The view of the beach was beautiful morning and night . The location was perfect for our needs, The condo was close to the town so we could walk and it was an easy ride to Charleston. We would return to area again and would use the Dunes Vacation Rental Property again .

We loved dealing with Dunes Properties. Wherever we go, we prefer to stay in vacation rentals because of the space and freedom you are given. Our stay on Folly Beach, in Sea Cookie, was PERFECT!!!!!! The house was beautiful and pristine. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. It was so enjoyable to sit on the porch watching the waves after a fun day exploring fantastic Charleston. Kristin Walker is top notch. Kristin assisted my husband and I in our first home purchase downtown. While a first time home buyer isnt always the simplest client, Kristin was supportive and patient in helping us find the property we love and own today. With Charleston being one of my absolutely favorite places, it was wonderful renting with vacation rentals for a reunion with friends. folly beach was perfect for the Easter family get away, 3boys 14& 11 could go anywhere on their bikes, condo vacation rentals , just 3 blocks from beach made it real easy for all, great week., everyone wants to return next Easter.

This is such a wonderful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental here. Its located right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very safe building. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a great time with the vacation rentals. Cant go wrong with Charleston, SC. Too many things to do in a day. Had to not get a good meal in Charleston, fabulous restaurants.
