I had a horrific experience with this company, and would highly encourage anyone to stay away. After putting in $3000 of "refundable" hand money towards the house of interest, my realtor, Gail Murman, and her manager, Shanna Chotiner, managed to completely blunder my deal with the seller. Not only did I lose the house, but Prudential refused to return me my hand money, despite the fact that the seller had become completely unresponsive. A few of my friends had a similar experience before mine, but neglected to tell me in time. Hopefully, someone will read this before entering into the unprofessional experience that Prudential Realty offers.
