From our first meeting in late July to review the listing process through the closing of my home, Jason Lawrence answered my questions and thoughtfully guided me regarding all of my options. His knowledge of the real estate market and comprehensive research of home values in my neighborhood made it possible for me to list and sell ( in 6 days) at a higher margin than I had hoped for. Throughout the due diligence period, Jason continued to keep in touch as we proceeded to closing. His support and positive attitude kept me encouraged and motivated. I could not have asked for better attention to detail or personal service. Jason truly has the heart of a servant, as well as a genuine passion for his work. When given parameters for finding our new home, he listened!! My family moved to Greensboro back in the first part of July. We needed to sell our house in Tennessee and purchase a house in the Greensboro area. Moving is stressful, especially when it includes an entire family! Jason Lawrence made moving a joy. Why? Jason was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, in addition to making himself available practically anytime we needed him. He returned our calls and emails with great efficiency. He gave us gentle advice in regard to the homes we were considering, but never was heavy handed in any way. He showed us concerns about the houses we looked at as well as the positive attributes to a house and its property. Jason was very detail oriented when it came to the paper work and legal/transaction issues. Additionally, he was our advocate with the other agencies we had to work with (financing, local government, etc.) and in this way never let anything get bogged down along the way. When I began my house search, I came across Lawrence Real Estate Group by chance. Lisa Gumaer showed me a house I was interested in and I liked her so much I decided right then and there to work with her as my realtor. If you are looking for an agent that will truly have your best interest in mind then I have one for you. Lisa Gumaer was patient, supportive, and available at all hours. Lisa consistently sent me new properties that met our criteria and she was usually available to show us the properties the very next day. Lisa paid attention to every like and dislike, kept safety in mind concerning our young daughter, and quickly picked up on our style. I would recommend Lisa to anyone buying or selling but especially to first time home buyers. Her genuine character put me at ease and her knowledge of the industry assured us that we were in the right hands. Lisa was never pushy or in a hurry.
