Zane is everything you could ever dream of in a realtor. When I met Zane I knew he would be my realtor. Zane doesnt judge you he encourages & guides you through your house hunt. When you call him he is always there to assist you.Zane goes over and beyond his call of duty without missing a beat. Zane is the main reason we got such an outstanding price on our house.Zane is pretty much amazing he is the reason we even got approved for our loan he referred us to the right people.Zane really spent alot of time with us helping us find the house of our choice. Zane really provided us with a once in a lifetime experience. He really shows that he not only cares about us as people but wants to ensure you are getting everything you want. One more thing whenever I have questions about anything whether it be the house, the mortgage, past tenants bills etc.He is very knowledgable. He educated us on different areas and aspects that really helped so much.I really appreciate that after 10 months from when I purchased my house I can still call him and ask him questions and he will happily oblige and if he misses my call, he calls back promptly. Zane has really mastered his craft and it is definitely appreciated.

Our family started working with Zane more than a year before our relocation to Greensboro. You are not going to find a more professional agent. Zane was always responsive to our questions and stayed on top of everything when we were working from a distance. In person, he gave us great neighborhood tours and guidance on what to look for in home structures and locations, but was also willing and open to take us to any house we wanted - even when we were all over the place in what we thought we were looking for. When it came time for purchase negotiations, Zane took it to an even higher level and probably saved us a bunch of money with good advice on starting offers and also handled all the negotiations quickly and professionally. There was no doubt that Zane was on our side 100%. He even supported us when we decided to back out of a deal during due diligence and didnt make us feel like we got on a "bad list" for that last minute change of heart. Our family felt very well taken care of from start to finish.

My husband and I bought a house using Zane in 2012 and had such a great experience we used him again to sell just recently. He is no nonsense and will tell you what you want/need to know without a hidden agenda - we always felt like he had our best interest at heart. We didnt have the easiest time with the sale of our house, but Zane went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to make things come out the best way possible. We could call him at all times of the day and he would be there for us. He would give us his expert opinion, but then he would always step back and let us make the decision for ourselves. We looked at many houses and Zane was always available and extremely knowledgeable about the area, the condition of the homes we looked at and what, if any, repairs might need to be made. Zane is very knowledgeable of the area. My wife and I just moved from Texas and knew nothing about the neighborhoods, or where we wanted to buy. We settled on a short sale that took over 4 months. Throughout the whole process he was patient, excellent at communicating, and good at informing me of all my options in each situation. Even with the chaos of a short sale, I always felt in the loop and comfortable with Zane. He was also very accommodating when I would change my mind at the last second. I never felt pushed into any decisions, nor did he let on that he would have to go redo a lot of paper work, even though I knew he would.

I could not have found a better agent if I had looked. He was so patient as it took 2 years and countless houses – some of which should have required a tetanus shot to see. When the short sale became a foreclosure he called the lawyers and the bank on my behalf many times a day. He answered my endless parade of question and was able to recommend all the people I would need from my mortgage to the guy who mowed the yard. He is a wonderful agent and looks out for you interests, it’s like working with a friend.
