Im not one to publicly endorse or, berate any company or their employees but, in this case I have great Cause to do so! I closed on my new home today and, would like to share my very positive experience. I started looking for a new house over six months ago. I saw an advertisement with the contact person As Pam drake from Berkshire Hathaway. That home was definitely not what I was looking for! Pam drake Worked tirelessly on my behalf, which led to todays closing. I can not stress enough how much time She put in searching the multi-list and, using her contacts to find this home. I also looked at probably 15 houses (that she "showed" me), until she led me to the home I purchased! If you are looking to purchase A home within, I would say a twenty mile radius of the belle Vernon area do yourself a favor and, call Pam! I know that if I ever decided to move, there would not be any question in my mind who I would Call! Thank you, Pam Drake for all of your effort helping me find a new residence! Craig P.s. Im not really sure of that 20 mile radius.

I noticed the below review was dated over a year ago and going by the initials posted, I can tell you that agent is no longer with this company. I have purchased several homes in my life time and I can honestly say that this company is awesome! They walk you through the buying and selling process from beginning to end and explain everything you need to know. I suggest that if you ever run into a bad situation, you bring it to the managers attention. Not just in home buying, but in anything!

Get everything in writing and I mean everything. Do not trust these realtors at these locations they miss lead you and as soon as you sign they will not answer your calls even if you cant even get into the house you just bought. The worst realtors I have ever worked with. They will tell you anything to sign and ignore you once you do and they have there money and they dont have a problem telling you this after the ink is dry.

Don't ever believe that a realtor works for you, the buyer! They are probably worse than car dealers. Get everything in writing and have proof! There is an agent SH who is a manipulator and a flat out liar!!! I heard every lie she told in order to sell a house!
