Lo mas delicioso que me pude comer en Miami, las papas son la cosa mas deliciosa, y las galletas, hmm calientes recien horneadas, y el pollo, deliciosisimo. lo mejor que encontre en comidas rapidas, y muy buena atención.

Im usually very satisfied with Chik Fil A but lately whenever I go now, my order is served incorrectly. Not only that but the last time I went I overheard one of the managers, Sandra, discussing her love towards Donald Trump and I felt that it was highly unprofessional of her to be discussing politics especially in the workplace around customers who may have differing views. Other than that, I would recommend Chik Fil A to anyone!

I ordered a meal and did not like the taste of my sandwich. I have been to this Chick Fil A location countless times and have always been satisfied with the service. Today the great service was put to the test when I returned my sandwich as it tasted odd. The manager and staff was very understanding and they brought me another one immediately. They made me feel welcome. Thank you to everyone.

Always busy but food is consistent and fresh. Better to get off than go through drive through. When ordering inside it is hard to get to the cashier without feeling you are skipping in line. They will give you a token and bring your food out to your table instead of you having to wait at the counter. Staff is delightful and helpful. Love the frozen coffee and salad.

Chick fil A Miami Lakes has a great combination of customer service and food quality Its the closest spot you have available in south Florida to southern food and love This location also cares a lot to serve the community at all levels, they are often having family events and the usual face painting once a week for kids Definitely the best choice of fast food around town

This morning I went in for the new spicy chicken biscuit sandwich and it was delicious! The spicy was just right, the chicken was juicy (really juicy and tender, sooooooooo goooooooood) and the biscuit was buttery goodness! I loved the service!!!!!!! The gentleman who helped me continued to use the phrase "my pleasure" which was very pleasing. Love this place.

My husband and son went pick up dinner About 7:30 pm 7/29/16 he said when young guy was taking his order he just left to help the drive thru those people got there order my husband was still waiting for him to come back room finish his order, said Flys where comming in from the window he never came back they just . Absolutely loved it especially trying it the first time. Staff was very pleasant, and customers were also courteous compared to others fast foods. Price is a lil on the high side but still affordable. Totally would recommend and if you do dont skip out on the waffle fries and the milkshakes

Came in at 9:50 after a day of work, they were closing at 10 PM. I ordered a huge meal (felt bad for it) but the staff were incredibly friendly, didnt mess up the order at all, and got my meal to me in under 10 minutes. Overall very impressed with the service, and the food tasted great.

This location is great for dinner but breakfast is a no go they always mess my order up and asking for grape jelly is like asking for money they either dont have it or they ask of u want strawberry instead and when u say no they reply i have to check

Ordered a strawberry parfait got blueberry in it and saltine instead of granola. The yogurt was also melted like it was left out and not in a fridge to keep it firm. Also my nuggets had hair in it. Contact the store and no one has gotten back to me.

I went the other day ans it completely sucked. the food tasted like it was reheated and the fries were cold. I asked for a diet coke and they mixed water with the drink be case even color faded. it used to be good bu that last meal ugh. !

Chick-fil-a is always a wonderful place to eat and visit. The management training must be very good. You dont have to be there long before you start to see the differences in CF and BK, MD, WD, TB, etc. CF is by far the BEST! Keep it up.

This is not a fast food restaurant is a spot to socialize and meet interesting people including the staff. Super treatment makes me feel like royalty. Favorite staff are Dinora and Maria. Like they say when they serve you "my pleasure"

I went to this store today and after ordering $20 worth of food I was told that I can only get 2 chic-fil-a sauces per order. Avoid this store they are running low on sauce and the manager does not care to fix this on going problem.

i like their shakes and their coleslaw--and their chicken. yes. place is clean customer service is one of the highest of any fast food place. people are always very friendly and happy. they look as if they like their job.

Be wary of bread that looks molested or chewed on... Service is the worst Ive experienced at this chain. Wont be returning here. Only got 3 stars because the food itself is always tasty

I love Chick-fil-a, but this store has a persistent fly problem. They seem to be oblivious to it. Outside of that, it is one of the best chains out there for good, quick food.
