Although the 5-star experiences submitted by Ravit (owner of Eden Catering), Eden (Catering) and Yaron (brother of Ravit) may be representative of those affairs, they certainly arent representative of ours. We were told the day before the party, by Ravit, that she would be there at 8:30 Saturday evening and her assistants would be there by 6:00. We were later told that Ravit was going on a cruise and would not be there. After the service, nobody from Eden Catering was around to show our guests to the party room. During the challah ceremony, there was only 1 challah for 2 people. The challah was then put aside and never served. The main course, mahi mahi with macadamia nuts, was served without macadamia nuts. Several people commented that the sirloin medallions were cold and salty. When a guest asked for her meal to be cooked a certain way, she was told "no". Several children commented that the food on their buffet did not taste good, and thery ran out of plates and silverware. The brother of the guest of honor asked for a strawberry daiquiri, and was told several times they didnt have any. He told her to keep looking and eventually she found it. The dessert table was brought out 30 minutes late, and only after I asked where it was. The table also didnt have several items that were on the menu. The father of the owner and the girl filling in for Ravit were seen eating from the dessert table with their bare hands. Guests that asked for coffee and tea were ignored. When I asked them to serve coffee and tea, they acted surprised that anyone wanted any. They started clearing off the dessert table and the the adult tables while the party was still going on; I believe that they picked up some gifts with the trash. I asked if I could take the leftover desserts home; they said I could have "some". When I asked why I couldnt have them all, since I paid for them, they said they would use them for another party. Some of the workers were seen taking party gifts home with them. All of these concerns, and many more from the party, were discussed with Ravit who then discussed them with the parties involved. She, and they, denied EVERYTHING.

We did our wedding at Eden regal ballroom & catering, and we just wanted to upload our satisfaction and give our gratitude for an unforgettable event at Eden, well start first from the owners Ravit and Ronen. From the first meeting we fell in love with them for the sweetness and professionalism. People like them you meet ones in a life time and we were so happy to have met them . The food was phenomenal the texture and presentation was outstanding and we got so much complement from our guests as for the food that was unbelievable. The staff people was so kind and professional, and last but not least the ballroom itself was incredible even my husband was amazed and hes a kind of a guy that wouldnt care less. Over all we were super happy and we know now- NEXT EVENT NOWHERE ELSE no more running around for months choosing a location. only EDEN CATERING!!!

Has the look of royalty but the service of 4am Dennys. Horderves were cold and under served for the 100+ guests. Bar tender served drinks in slow motion and his mixed shots were awful. Food was typical blazay wedding fare, but again service was sub par. Bread, drinks and salad was not offered to all guests and some guests did not receive a dinner plate. Late night food was actually good but the fondu fountain was removed before most people knew it was out there. The last call buffet was removed 1.5hrs before the end of the event without announcement. Broken glass on the dancefloor was not removed, just mopped to the side. With the exception of the glass chandelier and draperies, it kind of had the feel of backyard bbq with to many guests where the host was trying to cut costs by conserving food.

JACK H- We had a party at temple sinai Dec 2011- The decorations and table settings were someting to remember. The service was incredible. The wait staff truly is dedicated to ensuring you have a memorable time. All the entres were an experience to the pallot. The salad was to beautiful to eat. But because we built up an appetite dancing, we had to go for it..............The Chicken was EXACTLY the way I expected.. Hot, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside............The dessert was Chocolate. Sweet and moist. Maybe kosher does taste better. GREAT TIME- GREAT FOOD- GREAT SERVICE.--- BRAVO!!!!!!

Ravit and Ronen from Eden Catering take carery happy of me on my wedding party the way I never expected. They performed with professionalism and they provided the most amaizing food at the day of my wedding, all my guests and family were very happy with the menu that was served that especial day for me and I received so many compliments about that. I highly recomend them.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DISPRESPECT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY ARE VERY LAZY AT THEIR WORK. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SETUP EARLY AT MY EVENT, I HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE SETUP WHAT THEY CHARGE ME FOR. DONT COME HERE TO GET DISAPPOINTED............

Last Decenber we order catering from EDEN Catering for our duaghte Bat Mitzva. The food was delicious. The service was 100%. Ravit and Ronen, the owners were so professional and dedicated. We truly recommend every family to enjoy EDEN catering and experience them for every social/family event you have.
