What a joke! I set an appointment Sunday around noon for four new tires at 6pm Monday. The gentleman explained that the latest appointment could be made an hour before closing, 7pm. Figuring I could leave work a little early & make it. I show up, on time, to an hour and a half wait time, BEFORE they could start my car. I overheard the "mechanic" discussing the situation with the desk girl. Three cars in the bay, a new battery replacement, which the mechanic was currently searching for the proper attachment, a truck with "no tires" & a car that was receiving 4 NEW FREE tires as someone had originally installed the WRONG TIRES FOR THE CAR. He then said that he could start my car in MAYBE 1.5 hrs but wouldnt be able to finish as his ride would be arriving by then. At that point I realized I would not receive adjusted mechanical services & told the associate to please cancel my appointment. The mechanic by then was still searching for that attachment...

This Tire center is terrible. As of late, the workers will do whatever they can to get out of doing work on your car to lighten their workload. They told me that they could not change the oil in my car because it was a diesel. (The oil filter and change procedure is identical to gas cars.) and they also will always tell you that there is some unseen defect that prevents them from repairing or rotating a tire under their road hazard warranty. Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait for two hours only to be told they wont do the work. Wal Mart could avoid these issues if they paid their technicians by the job, thus making the workers actually WANT to do the work, but they wont.

Went there for an oil change. Since I have a newer vehicle, I was afraid they were going to try and upsell me on the more expensive synthetic oil, but the friendly technician there told me it wasnt necessary (since my warranty had expired 5 months ago). Unfortunately, since they didnt stock my cars oil filter, I didnt get the oil change. But they DID run all the other standard services that come with their basic oil change, free of charge. Ill probably come back the next time I need service (assuming they have my parts in stock).

Mike the manager was awesome, as was Jeff, the young man that started to help us. I know they were busy, but the last thing you need when you are stressed out with a flat tire and looking at a day full of cars waiting to get it fixed, is a smartass employee... Bill was the smartass, who told Jeff in front of me, that "mh tire could wait", he had keys to make... very bossy attitude, considering he wasnt a manager... but the service wlll bring me bacj, thanks to Mike and Jeff

I just tried to call to speak to someone in the automotive department to see how long the line is just to get an oil change and no one answered the phone other than the customer service rep. And she stated maybe because they have a line. But that still is no excuse to not answer the phone. Very poor customer service. If I could I wouldnt give you a star at all.

Obviously, not a good sign when you try to call the Automotive Center to setup an appointment to rotate tires and no answers or if they do, they say they are transferring you, but they end up answering again saying, How may I direct your call?

Im not really sure what these "mechanics" are trained to do other than change oil but I dont recommend taking to a Walmart if you need an evaluation or recommendation on what might be wrong with your vehicle!

Took an hour to do an oil change and I was the only vehicle there!!! Three people to do an oil change on my truck, really! They are not time efficient at all
