Worst place to get your car repairs! had a starter put in 14 months ago that just went out called them up and asked about the warranty and they said warranty lasts only for 12 months so there was nothing they could do except charge me all over again for it. Thats $330 down the drain right there, then every time i would bring my car up there they would tell me everything i needed but then someone else would tell me i needed something different from the same store. If your trying to sell me something i dont need you should at least have your staff on the same page as each other so its somewhat believable. Also, when i got an alignment they would tell me that i need to realign my car 3 months later. I then explained to them that i had it realign 3 months ago and they said its because of the bumpy and messed up roads around the area and every time after that they would keep asking me if i wanted to do an alignment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and save your car and money for someone else.

Came here to get a standard oil change since they are located right next to my house. I have brought two cars here over time always at least wondered if they even changed the oil filter, never seemed too friendly. This last time however, after draining all the oil out of my oil pan, decided they couldnt get the pin to fit back in because the pan was stripped, wanted me to order a 500$ oil pan because 100$ ones online they said they would not put in my car for me. I had to push my car in the parking lot. lose 2 days of work having no car so I could overnight the parts and fix it in their parking lot. While I was upset over going in for a 30$ Oil change and leaving with a over 600$ bill. They manager of the place was sure to tell me who ever has been changing my oil has been using a power tool to put the pin back in which has stripped the threads of the pan. I kindly reminded him they where the last ones to change my oil...

I have taken my vehicle here a number of times in the past, including my fathers vehicle. I need to post this because I dont beleive the reviews on them so far. I was very unhappy when the last time I had a oil change done, and then two days later I had to bring it back! According to them, it was a starter issue! Surprise surprise! They state I need a new starter!! Well, I need my car that day. What options do I have?? Pay the $275-300 later and Im good to go on trip, but when I went in there for a oil change there was no issues with my starter!! Only after they touched my vehicle was there failure! Will never go back again. Im advising my father with his vehicle the same!! On the up side, the front service face is good, but arent they all, its the end results and opinions that matter!

Dont come here if youre expecting to have a good relationship with your car people that you trust with every vehicle you have. Customer loyalty doesnt mean anything to them and they are unwilling to work with their loyal customers on anything. In November we paid for what we thought was a three year alignment... when I came in march to have a realignment they had it noted that a three year alignment was not paid for. We asked them... due to our loyalty to them and our referrals... if they could let us pay the difference (of $80) to get the three year alignment backdated to November 2016. They refused. Its upsetting that they were unwilling to honor our request... despite no monetary loss for them to honor this request.

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought a car in for an oil change an aliment....i had to bring it back to them because the car still pulled to the right, and on top of it i am 100% sure they damaged a wheel assembly in the front of my car and then asked for $329.00 to replace it. I have a 2013 car, everyone that i have talked too since states that a car that new should not have a problem like that. When i called to speak with a manager he told me that if i was told that it was broken, it was broken. He offered to take a look at it but stated that he would tell me the same thing...i dont even want to take my car back for them to look at. I will never go to them again, and i will tell people that i know not to trust good year.

We have taken our cars here a couple times now. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a local shop to help us when needed. Every time we go in, they are kind, courteous, upfront and direct and honest. Pretty much everything you could hope for in a shop. Most recently they worked on our car and things did go quite as planned. My wife was dealing with this and they had the opportunity to totally take advantage of us but being reputable and honest people, they did the right things keeping us informed the whole time and not shaking us down. For as long as I can foresee they have us as customers for future business as well as recommendations to friends and family.

Took my car when it had some major problems due to zero maintenance from my part. They repaired everything and it has been almost 4 years and my car is still running great with over 140,000 miles on it. I recently took my car in for an oil change at the Tire Choice down the road where they drained my fluids and claimed I needed a brand new radiator. I took it to Goodyear and asked for them to do an inspection. They said they exhausted every test and didnt find anything wrong with my car. Told them why I asked for the inspection and my situation and gave me the inspection for free. Great place, honest, and great customer service. Recommend it 10 times out of 10.

Came here to get an oil change on my Volt. Because Im used to most places not keeping my cars filter in stock, I asked the guy if they had one. He directed me to Advance auto parts to pick one up. It was down the road so I figured why not. After running around to 3 auto parts store to actually find one, I go back to the service center. I take the filter in and was greeted by a different guy telling me they could not use customer supplied materials. Horrible communication and service. The shell station right next door has a small two-stall service station and is 10x better than here.

I Called the shop on rd 54 Odessa fl. and provided them with all information about the car tire sizes and what needs to be done. After receiving price quote I stopped by the shop to do the job. The price was 10 dollars more per each tire. I refused to perform this job since was not able to get an answer why the price over the phone was different from the price at the shop. In my opinion this is not the way to attract customers and rather shows dishonesty. Bunch of crooks.
