This is by far the best auto repair shop in Pasco county. I (and my family) have used them for years and have never had a bad experience. These guys are honest, fast, and always have competitive prices. My sister took her car to be repaired at a dealership where they quoted her over $1000 for the repairs. She then took it to Alternative Car Care where they did the repairs for half the price, using the exact same parts. Dont go anywhere else in Pasco for car repairs.

They have competitive pricing for sure , How ever they did not complete my repair properly then told me that It was my fault and the will not wrnty the work performed. I had to have repair redone and have documented proof they performed work incorrectly. They also stopped answering phone calls from the BBB about they case. At this point I guess they do not care about their BBB rating.

I checked out this shop because a friend of my mother in law swears by them. I needed to get the plugs changed in my van so I went in to find out what they would charge. They quoted me a price almost 4 times what I paid at another shop. I decided not to pay that much so I cant say how they work. So my recommendation is to shop around.
