RIPPED ME OFF!!, do not do business with Mancini auto in Florida. I took my 98 Mustang to them as it is 19yrs old and the Transmission oil pan was leaking due to gasket being too old. I asked for a quote to change the gasket and while the pan was off I said replace the tranny filter as well. I was quoted 160 which I thought was a fair price so I said yes and while it is on the lift can you change the engine oil as well, and they said yes. I left my car with them and several hours later they called and said my car was done but my alternator was bad? I asked if they tested it or they just thought it was bad {it was fine when I drove it there} they said no we tested it and it is bad. I told them well I can change that myself and would be down to pick it up. When I got back with the car I checked the alternator and found the plug on top rear was unplugged just enough to not make contact, so I plugged it in and whala! my alternator was working like a champ again... Fast forward to the next morning I go out to my garage to find tranny oil on my garage floor. {still leaking} I then drove to Mancini to have them check why it still leaks, and with some prodding I got them to put it on the lift. They then walked me back to my car which is up on the lift and proceeded to show me that on the tranny pan it states it has a reusable gasket so they reused it???? Meanwhile I am looking at the pan and can tell it was not even removed as the bolts still were dirty and edge of pan still had crust in it that would have not been there had the pan been removed. They then proceeded to tell me if I pay for a new gasket they would put it on for free, lol, what a joke, I had already paid them for a gasket to be replaced as it was my original problem that I had gone there for. I left and went to a local Ford dealer and picked up factory gasket and proceeded to drop the pan myself which the layer of crust on the edge fell off as soon as the seal broke, and not to my surprise the tranny pan had old layer of sludge in bottom and magnet was full of sludge indicating it was never taken off, also the filter was dirty and could tell it wasnt replaced even thou I paid them to replace it. I then decided to do the oil change as well as I figured I couldnt trust them and glad I did cause after draining 7.5 qts out {suppose to be 4.9 max at oil change} so it was way over full which can cause problems if left this way. I then filled both to the proper levels and now I have no leak anymore. Mancini tried to rob me and I am sure that they have done this before to unsuspecting customers and are currently doing it to new customers. I have a pending dispute for the charge and am going to post this story to all review boards I can, so hopefully it saves someone else from being robbed of hard earned money. My total bill was 227.97 which I hope my card company gets back for me. Dont make the same mistake I did, Go somewhere else...

I had antifreeze squirting out the resovoir i towed it to mancini i needed new brake rotors and paid them to do a overall inspection for the issue and because i just bought the car and wanting to make sure there was nothing else wrong with it they told me.they couldnt figure it why it did it and maybe it was just a overflow.and also told me the vehical checked out completely fine the next day it kept doing it and overheating i ended up going somewhere else and paid for new thermostat waterpump and timing chain fixed and still the issue exsist.but i pretty much oaid mancini just to look at it and say theres nothing wrong with it now symtoms show it could be the head gasket i just wish they would have inspected it properly so i could have spent that money fixing the right issue:(

Ive been here a total of three times for different services but will not be returning. Each time I came here I received poor customer service from the people working at the front. They acted like I was bothering them and it was obvious they hated their jobs. The most recent time I went the older gentleman at the front greeted me with a dirty look and a "Yeah" as I entered the business. Most places say "Hi, how can I help you" and make an attempt to act civil. Not here, a frown is all you get.

Took my truck in since my brake system warning light was on. Upon inspection, they thought it was a bad sensor in the master cylinder and recommended replacing it. Long story short, that didnt fix it, and after nearly two days of working on it, they suggested I take it to the dealer. When I picked it up, there was no charge! They treated me right, and I will definitely be back for my future repairs.

Excellent. We will definitely go there in the future for repairs that I dont feel like dealing with. They fixed the one problem we went there with and didnt try to change or add on a bunch of other stuff. Fair priced and it was done the same day. Cant ask for anything more :)
