The first review I wrote was too long. So Ill make this short and sweet. I brought my 2012 VOLKSWAGEN JETTTA to them and the did a trash job repairing my car. Their communication is horrible, the paint job on my car is horrible, they ruined my rear seats, my gas door wont sit flush with rest of car, trunk squeaks and requires a lot of force to close, the main reason for writing this review is because they did A HORRIBLE JOB AT WIRING MY CAR. Ever since I have picked up my car the rear bulb on my car keeps going out I changed it 3 times already and today will be the 4th. Unacceptable. When I picked up my car I had to double back because they placed the Jetta insignia in the wrong location. With Google available to the finger tips of everyone in the world, that is unacceptable. I was told my car would take 2-3 weeks and it took almost 2 months. Unacceptable. They fixed my driver door because it wouldnt open but the sound my car makes now makes me wish that they hadnt, its sounds atrocious, that is unacceptable. Also by fixing my door they broke my control panel and offered to super glue it and also said that I "brought my car there with it broken", I know my car, I didnt. They let me drive a loaner car while they fixed my car which I appreciated, but I feel like that made them think it was okay to take their time on my car which is, yes you guess it, unacceptable. I will be included pictures so that everyone can see the craftsmanship of their work and so that their "friends" can write more 5 star reviews.

WARNING!! Do not bring your car here!! SCAMMERS! After the accident I had, my 2013 Audi A4 was towed to their location. When I went to pick it up and take it to one of my insurance service providers they talked me into leaving it with them because their mechanics "are best in town" . This being my first accident, I didnt know better and I left it with them. After looking at the damage(the right rear side ) they estimated 3-4 weeks to have it fixed. 4 weeks later when I called to check on my car, they told me they found some hidden damages and will need to order some other parts and estimated an other 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks they kept telling me "2 more weeks" . During this time they never called me to give me an update about my car. They kept feeding me bs for 3 months, that I have a complicated car and takes longer to fix. They didnt even bother to call me to let me know that my car was ready.I had a rental car for 3 months and paid $2500 out of pocket for it. They told the rental company that they will take care of all the expenses for the troubles , but ended up getting only a $300 check(which I hope it doesnt bounce back). At the end, the original price for the repairs doubled up which came up to be almost 1/2 the price of my car cost. I traded in my car the same exact day, right after I left their shop because I don t want to deal with them ever again, and I wouldnt recommend them to anybody!

If you have alternative, use someone else. I took my car in for repairs at Heat Collision to be paid by the insurance company. Heat Collision prepared the estimate. I also reminded them the because of the accident, the tires were out of alignment. Two weeks latter, I go to pick up the car, and the job looked awful. The fender was crooked on the car. I told them I would not accept the quality of the work done. The shop manager said that was all they could do with the monies available. I told them that the insurance company was paying for the repairs, and reminded them they prepared the estimate. The shop manager said OK, and two weeks later my car was ready. I asked to be sure the alignment was done. They said YES. I drove the car away, and it still "pulled" to the right. I went back and complained and they said I should take it to Goodyear, where the alignment was done. I went to Goodyear on US 1, and the manager said they never saw or aligned the car. Back to Heat Collision and they apologized for the mistake, and then had to go back to the insurance company to get approval for the alignment. More days past. These guys are a disaster. I recommend you find someone else or be prepared to be lied to, and weeks of waiting to get your car repaired.

Just picked up my vehicle from Heat Collision after having a scary accident 2 weeks ago. The technicians did a quality job repairing my rear axle suspension and body damages. Drives great so far and the body repair/paint color matching is on point!! To add to this, they finished it ahead of their projected schedule!! What the shop didnt know is that although my 2009 Toyota Corrolla S model isnt a new model year vehicle, it is new car purchase for me. I had just bought this car less than 30 days ago when this hit and run occurred. I had my previous car for 20 years. As you can imagine, to get involved in an accident after waiting so long to get a newer car is the last thing you want to happen. The team at Heat Collision worked quickly with my insurance company to coordinate all repairs and get me back on the road in short order! If you want professional service and quality work, I highly recommend Heat Collision!

Worst customer service. Stay away! My car was sent to them by Toyota of North Miami and they had good online ratings but they certainly did not live up to them. They called me to pick up my car and said they wont take credit cards or checks. Only Cashiers checks, so I went to Publix to get a money order, which is the same as a Cashiers check and CANNOT bounce. They are routinely demanded by Rental Offices when a rent check bounces. Guess what? They wouldnt take the Money Order! Requiring me to go to the bank after work, which closes at 5 and then when I pointed out that I couldnt possibly get to the bank after work before it closed, they were rude and accused me of not wanting to pick up my car! Can you believe this nonsense? Ive had many cars repaired and Ive never been in this situation before or experienced worse customer service. Here you go, Heat Collision! Enjoy your 1-star review. You sure earned it.

After having my vehicle worked on twice by the awesome people over at Heat, i would call my self a frequent visitor. The work they do is impeccable and the service they provide is top notch. From the minute I arrived with my damaged vehicle Belinda and Cynthia were very accommodating and made sure that both my self and my car were being taken care of. The frequently informed me on the status of my repair and were very good about contacting the insurance companies and my self about the details of the repair. When i picked my vehicle up it looked brand new and i could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the customer service at Heat collision. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody and everybody that asks.
