I wouldnt even rate them 1 star except I cant warn people & let them know just how awful they are if I didnt! I specifically went to this dealer over others because they were the only one that still had Costco pricing on the model car I was looking for. What a mistake that turned out to be! I ended up buying an SUV through one of there Costco certified salesperson Ken Metnick, who assured me it was exactly what I asked him for. Before I specifically told him numerous times, exactly what was I looking for, a vehicle with all the tech package features and I even listed them one by one to which he told me he had a vehicle in stock that met my needs and showed it to me. I proceeded to ask him about each individual feature and if he was posative they were all on the car we even asked other employees at the dealership and asked what the difference between this model of the car I wanted and other models of the same car and they told me and all assured me this specific car had all the features I asked for. So when Ken was doing the walk through of the car and its features with me and I asked him why it wasnt doing some things and how to do them and others, he assured me that they were on a car and just needed to be activated. He told that if they were not there or I couldnt figure out how to use em I should bring the car back for the next day and he would help me with them. So on the way home I realize that the car was not doing some of the things it should be and when I went home and read the manual I realized that many features that Ken head promise me were on the car were absolutely, no mistaking not on the car. So first thing the next day when I called Ken, he tried to insist to me that they were & just give him a few moments to look them up & figure out how they worked & he would get back to me shortly. The bottom line is the features that can promise me were positively not on the car he tried to tell me they were and things just turned out to be a big mess. I ended up having to return the car for a full refund and now I have to go buy a new car somewhere else. to top it all off, several days after I have already returned the car I was told buy another Cadillac salesman that the run flat tires that can had told me came on the car that I purchased were in fact not run flat tires, just another lie that Ken Metnick told me. I dont care what the reason weather he was misinformed, ignorant of the situation and completely unintentional you do not tell somebody something as fact if you do not know or are not certain! Matter of fact as a salesperson this is 1 fact he should have known he should not be miss informing a buyer about such an important fact, especially one that could have turned out to be quite serious & or dangerous! How can you , and there arent the right words to express to tell somebody they have run flat tires come leave them to believe they have run flat tires when in fact they are not and they dont give you a spare tire in the car. I am just at a loss for words. I should have never had to go through any of this. I just cant believe any of this! I should have had more records than just getting a refund for the car. Buyers beware! I cannot express that enough!

When I say that these people have your best interest at heart, they really really do. I came in with this unrealistic notion of the type vehicle I wanted... not about what I needed and what wad best for me and my family. Trust me when I say I have wanted a Challenger since I was little, and I came in with the understanding that if I couldnt get the challenger now, Ill just get nothing at all... completely ignoring the fact that the point of searching for a newer vehicle was a necessity because my current vehicle was falling apart and unsafe for me and my family. Although they worked their hardest, AND got me approved for the Challenger I wanted, it took a family approach to sit with me and really ask me.... is this right for you right now? Are you really getting the best deal? When doing the math I realized that Id be paying 3x what that Challenger was work with the banks workup. They didnt want to see that happen and neither did I! At first I was destroyed. Selfishly, I cried just thinking... man, Im not getting my dream car just yet. Wrong. They showed me what I was approved through, as a true car customer, and they landed me a 2016 Chevy Impala with all the bells and whistles. It even had more features than the Challenger Id hoped for. In 2 or 3 years when my daughter is older and Ive established better credit, maybe I could even bring it back in to get a Challenger... or MAYBE - Ill stay so happy with this vehicle, thats within my budget, that I wont ever want to give it up. In the end, I got what I needed, and surprisingly a little more than I wanted, in the BEST possible way. You cant beat that. There was zero pressure, I felt like family. Daniel Gagliano, Patrick Gordon, and John from special financing all made the difference and the experience that was superior and well above standard. I would recommend them to my own family and friends.

I was in a lookout for a new car lease and I loved the reviews and features on the new ATS. I also considered the new BMW 3 series which I checked out in Braman in Miami. The experience (customer service) there was disappointing and I never would go back. When I went to Ed Morde Bayview Cadillac, the experience was completely opposit. Fred Rosenberg and Dan Canter was absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome and worked with me on all details in order to close the deal and to provide me the right car. I did not buy immediately, so the next day I received two phone calls from them just thanking me for the visit and offered me to take the car home for a day if I wish. I loved the idea and I accepted it. Unfortunately I could not return it the following day since I simply run out of time and surprisingly Dan simply just recommended to return it the next day with no hard feelings. The next day I showed up and purchased the ATS because of the car itself and the outstanding customer service from Fred and Dan. The paperwork only took a bit more than an hour! The Finance Manager Joseph Ferregur was polite, personable and very quick during the preparation of the final paperwork. Im extremely happy with your establishment and love the peoples there. I felt that they treated me just like they do treat their families! Thank You! Tamas

SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU WANT PIECES MISSING FROM YOUR CAR AND DIFFERENT SPARK PLUGS AFTER PAYING TOP DOLLAR GO HERE. I went to Bayview Cadillac and they totally ripped me off I paid in good faith for a tune up and at the time I was making good money so I paid the dealer to do a tune up. I took the car back after and I said the car was not running right. They came back and told me nothing found. I drove the car for a while and I took it to a independent mechanic he found that I had 2 NGK spark plugs and 6 ac delcos that looked old. RIP OFF Crooks. You think your going to a dealer and pay top dollar and to find out your car runs poorly and that they didnt do there job. Also the battery was missing the cover and there was a piece of metal missing from the fender to window that made my car rattle. Ask for GLORIA she will make sure to shaft you. They also have people put good review on top of the bad just look down more you will see what they are really about. I will keep on top of this. ATTN Bayview dont waste your time putting good reviews to make yourselves looks good because I will keep refreshing mines. THANKS FOR THE KY TREATMENT. You made me hate my car for a while. I HOPE Someone screws you over big time or you go out of business you took 1600$ from me
