Ive been using Yeagers for several years, and have had good experiences, both in inspections and repairs, as well as in the body shop. The owner is hands-on and friendly, and his staff is great as well. Theyre willing to listen to non-mechanics describing problems, and are even willing to fix problems caused by owners who thought that they were mechanics! Theyll even order parts for old cars, even if youre going to install them. New cars are okay as well -- they understand our Prius (and are much nicer than the dealer!). The body shop gives great value for the dollar, with very nice results for not as much as the big shops. And the repairs last. Once or twice Ive disagreed with an assessment of a problem, but Yeagers batting average is so far above the competition that I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ive been the unlucky victim of a few accidents over the years, and Ed Yeager and his crew have taken great care of me every time. He has good contacts in the area (for example, he called the State Farm inspector personally, and he came by days before State Farm told me he was available), parts are ordered promptly, and the work is completed efficiently. Ive been very impressed with his office staff, and with his personal handling of his business. I keep going back, because I trust him to take care of me, despite the fact that I no longer live in this area.

Ed did a fantastic job replacing the dented hatch on my Golf. Not only did he give me a reasonable quote for the replacement, but he always answered my questions promptly and politely each time I stopped by or called to get more information - Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my car, Ill admit. My car was ready a day early with the hatch installed perfectly and looking as good as new. Even my specific requests to use the original glass, interior trim, etc were all fulfilled, and I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out.

Ive dealt with Ed in business before. Youll find few people as down to earth and honest. This trait runs in their family.....Because of my stupidity I ran out of gas in my bike one evening and was on the side of the highway. A young man in a truck pulled in behind me and said he had a full can of gas in the truck. He insisted that I put the full can in and then wouldnt take anything for it. When I asked his name he said Yeager. It was Eds son ! The character that Ed has obviously has been passed on to his son. Thanks guys.
