In the past two years I have had two vehicles repaired by Mascari and both times I had issues with the work completed. The first time I had to take my car back twice because water was coming in from the high-mount brake light on the hatch. After they stopped the leak the light did not work. I disassembled the light and found it was not plugged in. Corrected this myself.... This was approx a year ago. Two weeks ago I need to have another car repaired with front end damage. Picked the car up and everything seemed fine. My daughter drove the car for a few days and said the temperature was higher than it normally had been. Checked the car and there was coolant in both the reservoir and radiator. Ran the car and turned the on AC and the fan would not run. Found that when they installed the fan they did not plug it in. Plugged the fan in and everything is back to normal. This is very concerning to me because their attention to detail is lacking. Once is an anomaly and twice is a pattern. The body works seems fine, but missing two critical steps on two different cars is a problem. I would not recommend using Mascari to anyone. The reason I used Mascari twice is because they are a preferred vendor for Erie insurance. I will look for a different repair shop if there is a next time.

Dont go here Two stars for getting the paint color correct. I hit a deer and need a fender and pass door. When I got my car back over a week later, the paint had runs plus drips, my fender didnt line up with anything, the moulding inside my window looked like a toddler tried just sticking it on, my pass door let air in, and fish eyes were all through both my fender and door. Not to mention they scratched my back bumper with god knows what and tried to tell me that it was there when I brought it. So I left it with them for another week to fix all these issues.. well the fish eyes are still there and my door still lets air in. I was told, by the owner!! that they get paid to do the industry standard and that the fish eyes were just what happens when the booth isnt clean and they use silicone based products... okay so he obviously knows how to solve the issue but just wont.. be careful, they shine it up real nice when they give it back and hope you dont notice that they half assed it.

Just had my 2007 Rav 4 detailed at Mascaris...Of course I had other choices but Mascaris reputation over ruled....They kept it overnight to make sure the shampoo dried properly....I do not think there was 2 square inches of the car that wasnt gone over....We are talking inside....outside and under the hood...98 % of nicks and stone chips were rubbed out...the exterior of the car was like velvet...I was more than pleased....If you want your car done professionally ...see Mascaris If you want your auto detailed properly Go Mascari if not go somewhere else.....

Unprofessional shop. I took my car to Mascaris to have a new bumper installed and painted. I thought it would be in good hands since both my familyknew the owners. Upon picking up the car, I noticed that someone at their shop put over a 100 miles on my car in less than a week. When I brought the milage to their attention they had no record of how or who had my car while in their their care. Since then, I have taken my cars to Rob Wagners auto body on Route 19 and have been very happy with their work. Jim

Absolutely horrible and incompetent We inspected car inside and out Opened the door to compare paint color and their work was sloppy and unprofessional Our insurance company gets deals from them to handle their work Never trust this arrangement We didnt approve of the work until 3 redo attempts Also the front desk people are low class yinzers This place has low standards and is in business to cheat people

These guys are amazing, I recommend this garage to everyone! If you are looking for an establishment you can build a relationship with and trust, this is the place to go. Theirs prices are very reasonable, and any time Ive asked them to find alternatives to reduce a price they have. They provide very high quality service, and I cant sing their praise enough.

Terrible customer service. I was very disappointed in the disrespect and rudeness of the woman who answers the phone. Quite frankly I dont know how she even has a job where she must speak with customers when she obviously hates doing so. She is probley costing the shop a lot of customers.
