Lack of attention to details suggests they dont care about their work or value me as a customer. I brought my car in for rear end damage repair. I also had a clear bra and scratches on the front that I needed removed. Overall, they did a good job with the car but they left several minor things poorly done: - They scratched some of my tint on a back window - the clear bra they were supposed to remove, they didnt get it off all panels; there was still some left on the back of the mirrors and it looks odd and ugly - they glued on one of my emblems crooked, and there is a big clump of glue on it. - My trunk tray doesnt fit anymore and Ive called for them to fix the problem and I cant get a return call - one side panel has a small imperfection that I thought was unnoticeable but my friend saw it immediately without me pointing it out - exhaust pipes are slightly crooked, or the rear bumper is crooked. Service was decent but they clearly didnt want to do any more than necessary. For instance, to fix the rear, they had to remove the tint on my rear taillights and rear window. I said thats fine but can you tell me where I can go to get the tint replaced. They said, "we dont know of any places to get tint done, you will have to find a place yourself." How in the world does an auto bodyshop not know a single place in Pittsburgh to get tint done. No follow-up to see if Im satisfied with everything. Ive called and left messages at least 3 times if not more with no response. At least call me and tell me you dont want to touch my car ever again and I should be happy with the service I did receive. Feels like a kick in the pants and "see you later!"

The first area Id like to compliment Direct Repair Collision Center on is the extra effort Jenn made communicating with my family members and myself throughout the entire reconstruction process of my car. If they could not get a hold of me via phone, one of my family members was contacted and the message was eventually relayed to me. That extra effort is important because it shows a personal touch and that they truly cared about me and wanted me to be comfortable throughout the entire process. Another exceptional part of my Direct Repair Collision Center experience that Id like to compliment them on is Andrews honesty and transparency on how he repaired my car and his ability to go the extra mile to explain the process of reconstruction to me upon pickup of my car. Absolute win! From start to finish, having a vehicle repaired with Carstar Direct Repair Collision Center is painless and efficient. Kelly and Dave are polite, informative, and always willing to find an answer for their clients. The front office will never make you feel like a burden and will always provide wonderful service. I take great pride in my vehicle and Im so grateful for the care and concern that obviously went into the repairs. You will not find a better painter in the business than Joe. The paint match is spot on, the corner of the vehicle is perfectly aligned, the gaps are symmetrical. 100% amazing job all around. Thank you so much Direct Repair. The people at Direct Collision took great care of me: • My car was repaired within one day of the original estimate • They took care of all the needed paperwork with my insurance company • They cleaned and shined my car so that it looked brand new • They even took care of returning my rental car (Enterprise is located conveniently just a few doors down) All in all they made getting my car repaired after an accident (typically an unpleasant experience) very easy and painless.

The service at Direct Repair Collision Center was amazing from the start. They looked over the damage and told me what they would do to repair it. I had a couple other aesthetics not related to my accident and they presented a range of repair options, prices and their recommendations.
