Guys, this place is a gem! We got involved in a collision in Monroeville 450 miles away from home. We were on a three day trip and were stuck, really. Our insurance provider, one of the renowned company in the country, didn’t help much in finding a mechanic in Pittsburgh, a city not familiar to us. We first approached the local car dealer, and they pointed us to Centerline Collision. It was a Monday afternoon and Tuesday was a holiday. We approached several highly rated collision centers before, none helped us and asked us to wait until the end of week, even to get an estimate. I called Centerline collision, and the lady out there listened to my story patiently, and passed phone to Ron. He was about to leave office, yet he waited for us to check in the vehicle. I started feeling relief and hope. Afterwards, things went really quickly. He contacted the aftermarket dealer for the parts, and the parts were brought to the shop as fast as he could. He updated me regularly either through phone or email. Within one week, I was ready to go back home. There might be places which are well rated and close to your home, but never loose these guys. It’s extremely difficult to find honest guys, and more importantly those who stand with us in difficult times. I would recommend them highly.

After a (mentally) painful front end collision, Centerline Collision made the process relatively painless! This was my first accident so I had no idea how much I would need to be involved. It turned out that the folks at Centerline took care of a lot of the hassle for me. Some of my favorite things about my experience with Centerline were the rental program, fast and friendly service, and quality of work. The rental program was simple! Centerline loans cars at their discretion, so if you are under 25 like me you wont have to worry about all the "underage" charges associated with rental car companies. Centerline negotiates with your insurance company to settle the rental fees and expenses. Just as the website says, the best collision repairs really do go unnoticed. The employees at Centerline were understanding of my situation and treated me with the utmost care. When it came time to pick up my car, they had my car pulled out in front, detailed inside and out. It felt like I was getting into a brand new car, it was that simple. Thank you Centerline Collision for your care and quality of service!

Cant believe Im the first to review this place. They deserve serious props. I got into an accident and was assigned a body shop by my insurance. I was told by that shop that it would take almost two weeks just to get an estimate of the damages. Needless to say, I was a little frustrated by this as I wanted my car back ASAP. So I looked into other shops and thought I would give Centerline a shot. Best decision I ever made. I gave them a call and was assured that I could drop my car off that night for an estimate. The damages were assessed the next day, and I was told the repair would take 17 days. Well, they got my car back to me in 10 days, and I couldnt be happier. Thing looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Paint matched perfectly. New bumper and hood look awesome. During the repair, Joe even took the time to give me status updates at his own initiative. This place really has everything you want when you need your car fixed. Quality, speed, and great customer service. I highly recommend Centerline and will certainly be back if I need any more work done.

Joe at Centerline has made my entire experience enjoyable. My Charger was in the hands of experts who went over it with a fine tooth comb. When the insurance companies wanted to charge me more or parts came in that were used instead of brand new Joe went to bat and handled every hurdle. They not only did a great job so far but they also made everything easy and answered every question I passed their way. The customer service is out of this world, at one point an employee i hadnt met before came up to me in the parking lot as i was getting out of the rental and not only recognized me from seeing me speaking with Joe but began to brief me on some of the things that were wrong and how they fixed them. I was shocked that everyone seemed so interested they were so invested in not only great work but great service. I plan on referring Centerline to anyone in need. By far the best in the Pittsburgh area.

When someone hit my parked car recently and smashed in the fender and bumper I was pretty annoyed. The car was only a year old with barely a mark on it and the accident completely avoidable if the driver had been even semi-competent. Joe from Centerline was *great* though. They arranged a tow. They worked with the insurance companies to agree a quote for the work that was reasonable for everyone. When I was unhappy about the parts the insurance company was requesting they were able to allay my concerns. They got the work done a week ahead of schedule. Most importantly, the quality of the work is first class - the car looks great. All in all they were easily the best part of a stressful experience. Im hoping I wont need their services again any time soon, but if I do Id use them again without hesitation.

Ill for sure be recommending Centerline to anyone I know that needs their car repaired. My brand new car got sideswiped and needed to be fixed. It now looks exactly like it did when I got it from the dealer. Ron was incredibly helpful, stayed after their closing time so I could get there after work and go over things with him and let me come in early too when it was time to pick up my car. They also finished my car WAY ahead of schedule which was an extremely nice surprise! Usually car repair shops talk to you like youre some kind of idiot, but not Centerline. Every person I talked to there was kind and helpful. I wish all businesses were like this.

Start to finish, one of the best experiences related to auto services ever. From first we walked in to the guy putting the mats back in the car after complete, everything at Centerline is professional and they fixed our 2016 Pilot on time, on budget and even shined it up! Thanks so much. We stayed away from our insurance company recommended place after searching the internet and Im glad we found you guys and ladies!

Got in to a fender bender with a nice couple unfortunately. I offered to pay for any repairs needed. They contacted my insurance and my insurance contacted centerline. Long story short they are charging about $3K!!! for a repair on a bumper....... on a car valued between $5000 and $6500. WTF Do not go to them for insurance claims. Youve been warned.

I cannot emphasize enough how great Centerline Collision was to me. My car was damaged on both sides and in need of an excellent repair shop. I chose Centerline for the repairs and am so happy that I did. The car looks brand new again! They went above and beyond for both the repairs and customer service. Thanks!
