We took two of our vehicles to the one on Rochester Road to be painted. One was a brand new 2016 Ram Promaster with only 500 miles in it and one was a 2012 Ford Transit Connect. They were to only have the vehicles a week, but had them for three. Being fleet vehicles, that really created a workflow jam for us. They got over spray throughout both vehicles. They even painted the tires! The only resolution offered to us was unsatisfactory. All of the interior of our Promaster had to be replaced as well as the black molding outside, costing us thousand of dollars. The matter is currently in the hands of our attorney. I would definitely steer clear of them.

Take my advice stay far away this place wont hesitate to rip you off and mess other stuff up and try to hide it to get your car out door so by time you realize it they wont take responsibility. They use the cheapest paint by ppg possible the materials they use are cheapest available and you paint job will have runs dirt and other paint defects so be careful because they are slick and not professional at all spend a little more somewhere else is way worth it in the end result I promise. The management are extremely rude and ignorant and do not have any customer service skills they do not believe in customer satisfaction. .

Wish I could give them 0 stars the one on Rochester Rd next to North Hills school is absolutely terrible. They went to to rocker panels and Bucher them got over spray all over my frame and spare tire they also attempted to do bed pannel.. Yet again terrible. It is orange peeled so bad and runs like crazy... I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy

It was great experience with Macco . They have repaired the dent of my car so well that its now looks like a brand new car. Brian and Bob are awesome. Really appreciate the work by Macco. Thank you.

I walked in and received a VERY good estimate from Bob and the entire staff was helpful as well. Just fell in love with the paint job! Ready in 2 days omg Im just happy
