Not just the worst body shop but also the single worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my 47 years. If Rich has any rebuttal to this it will be complete BS. If theres any doubt, let me tell you that NW paid way over $3000 today to redo Kozminskis horrible paint job. I know that honest people do make mistakes. They take responsibility and make it right and I have no problem with that. But Kozminski refused to admit what three other body shops said was obvious; his paint job was terrible. Dirt in the paint left 50+ holes (Nationwides count) on the repainted hood of my car in just 8 weeks. I had to chase him around since 9/2011 about the issue and every time he claimed it was all anybody could expect from an aftermarket paint job. He never followed up as a reasonable man would. He only offered to split the cost of repainting with me after I said my next call was to NW, BBB and AMEX to file disputes. Seriously? NW paid him thousands to do it right the first time, he didnt and then he wanted me to pay him to do it right?? NW insurance was truly "on my side" in this case. They talked to the other body shops, looked at the hood and did the right thing by re-doing all of Kozminskis work. Of course I had it re-done at another shop. Cant imagine that Kozminski will be a Nationwide "blue ribbon" body shop much longer... it would have been much smarter to simply do a good job the first time or make it right yourself when it was clear your team screwed up...

Very unprofessional work and service. I took my vehicle here out of the recommendation of a friend and I will not be returning. I had three different areas worked on while it was here. One of them had dust in the paint and another still had primer showing. When I told the owner, Rick, about it, he had plenty of excuses. He told me that they arent a surgeons office and have dust in their shop. Any other body shop would say thats completely inexcusable and unprofessional. Rick got my car back in three weeks later and didnt offer a rental while it was back in there and never once apologized. Upon picking my vehicle up, he told me to never come back because he was offended that I called his work unprofessional. I guess he thinks that professionals would allow body work to leave their shop with dust in the paint and primer showing. I wouldnt waste my time here. Ive been to Classic Collision right around the corner on 228, and they do professional work. I would highly recommend them and avoid Kozminskis at all costs, even if a friend says to try them out.

Absolutely loved my experience with Kozminski Auto Body. Not only could I call the owner Rick Kozminski to tell me a good deal on tires after popping 3 out of 4 in West Virginia, he aligned them and made sure I was getting the best value for the price with the tires I got. I have also got my oil changed their and the pricing was GREAT! As was the quick in and out service. Very friendly service and very nice gentlemen to work with. Quick and efficient appointments available also. Would love and recommend this body shop to ALL friends and family!

My boyfriend has taken his car (Porsche) there a few times to get work done and they always do a great job. I have taken my car there as well for minor things and they have been better priced than the competition and always get it done extremely fast! It is (very) hard finding honest car places so we always recommend them to anyone we know in the area!
