My wife and I had a security camera system installed in our home two years ago. We conducted reviews of several local companies talking with their respective representatives, while also learning about the various security systems available. We ultimately decided to go with ASI Advanced Security, Inc. We always do our homework prior to selecting any company and we were spot-on in selecting ASI. After meeting with company President Justin Schneider at our home, we were absolutely convinced we selected the right company. Justin took the time to fully explain the different systems available and the capabilities of each one. He answered every question asked regarding these systems and was able to recommend a particular system, that would meet and exceed our needs and expectations. Since purchasing this system from ASI, Justin has always been available to address any additional questions from my wife and I. Our security camera system works fantastic and the quality of their products are second to none. The technical workers that installed our system did a wonderful job and were neat, clean, and very professional in doing so. My wife and I rate ASI with 5-stars. They are a time tested company that sells and installs quality products. They have the knowledge, expertise, and also provide follow-up support. We highly recommend ASI Advanced Security, Inc. to any customer seeking a professional security company for their personal or business needs. I first met Justin through a professional connection when we built his web site. As I got to know him, his philosophy and all about his services, it was easy to make the decision to choose ASI for my security system. I have been using ASI Advanced Security for the last 4 years for my business. I love the professional and courteous service I receive from Justin and his staff. Alarm monitoring is flawless and cost is reasonable/affordable. When he provides an estimate its accurate and there are no surprises. When it came time for us to move our offices, I asked if he would do a site review so we can determine the cost for the move. He was honest in telling me that my new place already had all the wiring, etc that my current system required and that the cost would really be the labor in moving the equipment and hooking everything back up. When he makes appointments he keeps them. His staff is professional, courteous and go above and beyond in providing instruction on the system and making sure everything is done right the first time.... the installer even helped me figure out to work my existing sound system in my new space. =)

Have been using ASI for several years at two of our three locations. Service levels as well as support have been flawless. Recently our third location alarm contract with a large national provider expired. We turned to ASI to upgrade and replace this outdated system. Justin also gave solid recommendations for improving our phone system as well as providing us a wide variety of options for both systems. Installations of both were flawless and most of all were done in a matter were we did not miss a beat communicating with our customers. Great local company!

ASI took over the security system at our office. They accommodated our schedule so we did not interfere with our schedule. The new technology works great and we feel the office is even more protected being wireless. Who knows what would have happened a few years ago if the crook that broke in had cut our phone line? We recently had an alarm installed in our home. Justin was great to work with. The technicians who did the install were very courteous and explained the install in detail. Justin called later that afternoon offering to come by to explain the system in detail.I called the next day with a question and Justin was very prompt in returning my call. they took 3 weeks to call back, the alarm system at my place was new and has been working without problems. but they said they needed to do a brand new install and would cost 10-20k. Then they needed an engineer to go by which was going to be another fee. Worst customer service experience ever.
