I called DHE at 830 in the am and was given an appointment for 2pm the same day. Also while on the phone with the office I was given a certain price of 90$ for the first hour of service not including material. Needless to say the tech Ryan called at 11am and told me he was on his way, didnt ask to come early but told me. He got to the house about 10 after noon and left at 1245pm. All he did was troubleshoot the problem and replace two 220 breakers at a main pole and a pump panel. Well he told me that the two breakers were just about 85 dollars together but then gave me a bill for 240$. WTF does that number come into play? Anyways I called the office and they were NO help at all!!! needless to say I was ripped off and would NEVER give this company ANY MORE business!!! The tech was nice and friendly but I totally just feel ripped off with no explanation...... The tech gets a 3 star only for friendliness but the way he could not give me any answers regarding my bill or why it was so highly priced I gave the company a 2.

After an initial postponement, the service men were prompt and polite. Everything that I asked for was done professionally and neatly. I asked a lot of questions which were all answered patiently and completely. I couldnt ask for a better service call! Dan House Electric is a huge help when I need them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs prompt and honest service.

The gentleman from Dan House came out to the house and did some work and solved a short in our garbage disposal. It was grounding out and sending 110V to a window frame in the kitchen. All taken care of and at a good price too. I would recommend them for any electrical work.
