We had an unexpected electrical problem that was discovered to be much more complicated once the work had started. Pattie Electric was responsive to the urgency of the issue. There was some miscommunication between us, but they worked hard to resolve that. They care about their customers. They ensured we moved from a bad situation to one where the issues were resolved and our customer satisfaction was achieved.

They do OK work, but what they dont tell you is they charge you from when they leave there office to when they are done with the paperwork. So a job that took 45 minutes, you get charged an hour and a half. So watch out
