Steve is the worst possible person I have ever had to deal with in this industry. Im in Sydney Australia and marrying a lady in Ocala and stayed up till 1 am in the morning Sydney-time to discuss with him precision-scanning of official documents I needed for her visa. He declined the job saying he wasnt comfortable doing it. Hes a full-fledged jerk. And the reason? Steve disapproved of my fiances having the same last name as me. Thats because shes the mother of my children and weve been separated for 13 years and are now getting back together. But trust Inspector Clouseau Steve to act like a moron - like its any of his business. Try UPS Store 5520. Ask for Peter. He knows his stuff and you won’t have to put up with Steve’s antics.

I worked for Steve and his crew for about a month and was let go because I was on the phone to much ( generating job leads via people I knew) and that I was a gamer ( ya know video games, board games, card games). I even went to the extreme of telling him that I would stop gaming if he wouldgive me a second chance. He gave me no warning but he told me it was a sickness or “disease” as he put it. I respect everyone that works there except Steve because I was given NO WARNING. I was fired on Oct 23 to give you a reference of when I worked there. I was very shocked at this revelation because he even said “I like your work and I like your personality” so if he likes my work and my personality why fire a good worker?

The blacks were terrible, the guy running the shop said they wouldnt test a high quality print we needed on there good machine, because , "we dont do one or two prints on the good machine to test." If you like bad colors and poor service, this is your place! I guess needing 500 prints printed was not worth their time.

Very good service and quality of work. Just got a large format scan done. Quality is excellent and the price is a fraction of what some other print shops charge. We will use Budget Print and Signs for anything else we might need when were in Ocala.
