I decided to use this company based on the on-line reviews and location. After dealing with the Owner directly for a period of 2 months I can say I would never recommend this company. In the beginning communication was good but dwindled as we got into the meat of design and selections of materials. Being promised to be able to do one thing, the owner not being able to deliver made a executive decision to do what they felt was best without consulting me the consumer. The end product was not worthy of the money that had been paid. I have to be the one who emailed to see if the samples had arrived or to find out if things were ready. Now that we have decided to go with what she did based on the fact that they finally admitted to not being able to do what they told us they could do at first, they will not respond to me about the credit they said we should be receiving for the different ink they decided to use that leaves the back of the business card with all the pertinent information illegible. If they would have been upfront and spoke with me to let me know that we need to make another selection or change it all together maybe we would be righting a whole different review. In the end I don’t believe they know enough about the printing business.

Rarely do I ever rate a review the highest possible score, this is an exception. Many months ago I was going around to the various print shops in Ocala and found not one that could do what I was looking to do. That is until I stopped in to Classic Print USA. What the other print shops lacked, customer service, I found at Classic Print USA. Tamela Stafford has always provided very professional service and high quality printing. The prices have always been favorable and the turn around time has been quick. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for excellence in service, pricing and work quality.

Tried to explain my needs, and was interrupted twice to be told that they are not the same printing company that occupied that space previously (not really relevant), and that they only do printing ( no kidding). Just needed an ortho design, printed up on a poster 24x36, to create a stencil, nothing that challenging, and was quoted $44.00. I thought I would try this place, since I was passing anyway, basically for convenience. Ill be going to my usual print shop, and avoid this place like the plague from here on out.

Tamela and all the staff at classic print have done great work for our restaurant. Our inhouse menus look great and have held up to the wear of everyday use.
