I have had nothing but problems with their cartridges, if you are lucky one out of 4 might be half way decent. Today I have gone through 6 and all of them leak toner everywhere. I have only gone through 6 because that was my entire supply. I have been using them due to cost savings, at this point the down time is starting to be more costly then the savings of the product! I have honestly never used such a poor product before, I can not believe they are still in business!

Jon, Amanda and their team have really helped me out. Had some issues with a server that another company sold us and had issues with the copy of Windows Server. They came in and wiped, updated and installed the newest Windows server. Our system now works much better. They have also replace all of our printers and now they are printer better and faster while saving us money on our printing costs. Give them a shot. Great folks.

I have used Laser Action Plus for printer and copier repairs for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and with the fairness of their charges. Recently I have begun to use their remanufactured toner cartridges and my only disappointment is that I waited so long! The best quality and the best price - free cleanings and fast friendly service - call them now and ask for Dee she is great!

Horrendous. Oh my gosh. Toner leaking everywhere. Box after box of new toner. All with leaks. Cartridge has sticker saying it was not sealed, so dont shake it. Out several hundred dollars. Company wont stand behind their toner cartridge guarantee...RUN!
