I won a gift certificate for a birthday party at this facility. It took me many times calling them before I actually got to speak to someone. I think I left about six messages and they never did call me back, I just happened to catch them. Finally I spoke to someone who was very nice and she gave me the times and dates that were available for the party. She told me all the info for what the party would include. I called back to confirm the date and time and everything was apparently set. The day before the party I left them a message to confirm my numbers but no one ever called me back. I arrived on the day of the party a half an hour before the party was scheduled to begin to find the building totally locked up! I had 25 guests on the way and no idea what I was going to do! Luckily, Airheads on Linebaugh was able to accommodate my party at totally the last minute. While my husband was waiting for all our guests to show up, more people showed up for batting practice. I am not holding my breath for the owners of XCEL 360 to call me but I am very curious to know what their excuse for this big mix up is.

Im gonna flat out start with, that was absolute crappy service. The day before my brothers and I went. We called the place and confirmed that they would be teaching a class at 5 pm the next day. We additionally checked the website to make Sure. So the next day comes along and we make it to the building 10 minute early. Walk up to the door and its locked. All the lights are off inside and nobody is there, yet the open sign is on. We call countless times and check the website to make Sure we werent mistaken. Nobody answered the phone yet the website said we were there at the right time. We stay there until 5:20 then Finally decided to leave. We called an hour later to see if they were open yet and as expected, No answer. So long story short they are unreliable liars who dont give a crap about their customers. I would not suggest wasting your time and gas going there to find an empty ware house.

This place is fantastic on so many levels but is also seriously lacking in one major area. The gym is top notch and the coaches are fantastic, whether it be cheerleading, tumbling or batting, they all know their stuff and are great at sharing their knowledge and love of their chosen profession with your child. They tend to consider their clientele family and treat them a such. The only negative I have, and for me its a big one, is the lack of organization and communication. The gym redesigned their website and updates the facebook page regularly, however, both are used primarily for marketing and not to keep parents informed. Communicating practice schedules/changes, competition information and any other pertinent information would be much more helpful than seeing only how the cheer teams did after their competition.

Been going since it opened. Awesome place and has been a very cool experience to see it grow over the years. Chris does an excellent job of expanding the gym and adding new programs, but most importantly is an exceptional coach and a great guy in general (he also hires awesome staff!) Definitely worth the trip to the middle of nowhere to see what this gym is about. Lol but seriously you wont be disappointed.

This facility sponsors the Gaither High School cheerleading squad. They have a nice gym, tumbling room, a parkour field. The staff are super friendly and non judgmental. They offer amazing camps for kids with exposure to a lot of different sports and activities. A great place to encourage your kids to put down the electronics

My son takes parkour on Saturdays. He looks forward to it all week. Nick and Zak are awesome with kids!! They have really helped to boost my sons confidence. They are patient and knowledgeable.
