Good morning, I want to share my terrible experience at this salon . From the very first moment I walked in the salon, the "stylist" started complaining about my hair (too long, heavy, and a lot of volume) she took a picture of my hair, she called someone (I believe the owner or Mgr) and then told me that she had to charge me extra for my hair to which I agreed to. Im used to get charge extra when it comes to my hair because of its volume and length. So to make this long story short after applying a treatment on my hair (the Botox) the "stylist" started complaining when it was time to blow dry my hair. She step out for 10 min (I check the time because I was chatting with someone) when she came back, she gave her phone and it was the owner. Telling me that her "professional stylist" wasnt able to finish my hair because it was a lot and her hands hurt, the "stylist" was tired and that I needed to wait for another stylist coming from the other location (20 min driving). The "owner" stated that they usually work with clients with CAUCASIAN HAIR and that she doesnt know what kind of hair And that it had a lot of volume and curly. I didnt understand what she meant by "Caucasian hair" because Im a white Hispanic with long wavy hair. After this endless conversation I waited 20 min in my car because of course I wasnt going to leave with my hair wet and unfinished (after spending 3 hrs in that "salon"). After waiting the 20+ minutes waiting for the other hairstylist I called and texted the owner letting her know that they were extremely unprofessional because I was not only waiting for someone else to finish my hair but but also for the fact that I was at the salon since 11:15 am and it was past 2:30 pm and my hair was still wet and unfinished and I had an event at 6pm so I needed to leave. Eventually to the their terrible service I had to go to another salon to get my hair finished. I got a phone call in the afternoon, from a lady threatening me, telling me that I have to pay them for the services because I didnt know who I was dealing with, and that they were like the "mafia" in Hialeah and that I better pay them because the have all my information, my address , video of myself and my license plate. So of course I didnt fall for that and since money wasnt the issue I had contacted to make the payment. Just so you all know I have proof of my time wasted at the salon (I was texting the whole time with my cousins, sharing with them their unprofessionalism) I also have pictures of how I left the salon (my hair wet- when product was supposed to sealed with heat right away to get the effect).

I cannot understand why there are a lot of bad reviews. This place is amazing!!!! I recommend this place to anyone. Helneis the venezuelan girl is the best one, so when you go at night shifts ask for her. I read a couple of reviews about the hours of operation. I gave this place 4 stars because of that. I love to have my nails like new every week. Today, Labor Day I went because the owner, which is a great person, told me that they will close at 6:00pm. I took a friend of mine because I recomended her so badly this place that we chose to go today at 4:30pm, but the door was close, so I called the owner and she helped me to go in. But when my friend and I went inside , the manager screamed at the one at the door telling her that she wont take care of us , not only her if not two more girls were so mad because we got in at last time. I felt so bad for them because I can understand that is not easy to work days like this. I understand that is a holiday , but they should explain the clients that they close one hour and a half before the real time to close (at 10:00 , 6:00pm whatever the time to close is ) because then ,the clients will go at 5:30 and they have to listen to bad actitudes of the girls who works there especially the manager with the black long hair. I would just fix those little details about closing time so the clients wont waste time -especially their actitude- . Besides that, the place is really good, cheap and nice to go with your friends and have a great time. Again ask for the venezuelan one !!! She should be the manager because she is the one who alwsys have a great actitude and big smile. :)) and Thanks to the owner who always take care of her place with a great information.

I went to the one in 4100 Salzedo Villages at Merrick place. I loved my nails but the constant joking and chattering and using the phone while doing your nails is ridiculous. Also not a soul spoke English. Not one worker. I also had one worker laugh hysterically when they called my name. Im Black American who speaks Spanish so I understood most of what they were saying but I would prefer at least one person speak English and also show some respect for the customers and not talk on the phone. Also one said in Spanish " Hazlo cuando termines con LA negrita " the same one who face timed her husband and baby while doing a girls toes. My technician was really nice and spunky and did chat to me so I appreciate her but it is still too much poor customer service. Talking about drinking after work in front of customers? I dont know what kind of customer service this establishment has but I have been to Venetian nails , Tippi Toes, even the Flea market has better customer service. I have never had my nails done to such constant banter and waited over 4 hours. No lie. I have the proof if anyone tries to dispute it. Went to eat at Yardhouse, sat and ordered and returned and still waited until 4 to get serviced. Please go here if you want to wait. But this establishment is not professional.

I was recommended by my best friend. She told me about the gel mani/pedí special. I went in and sat down. The special however came at a hefty price. Not only did we wait for 2 hours to do our nails without being given an expectation of the wait time but the moment that I finally was able to sit down without complaining for the 2 hours I was there, the girl put my feet to soak and left for 10 to 15 minutes again without saying anything. I noticed she went to eat (I understand people have to take a break and eat but again she didnt say anything!!!!!!) when she came back (and this is what really did it for me) she came back and said I have to do a facial when Fulanita is done she will do your nails.... I said ok... but at this point I was boiling inside. Its disrespectful and inconsiderate. Super unprofessional and she had no expression in her face, she could care less if I waited for 2 hours, about giving a time expectation, nothing. I dried my feet and let them know I was unable to continue waiting because I had to go to work and got a very dry ok. Im sorry but this is not ok I will never go back to this establishment and will never recommend for anyone to go. One thing is taking your time with your customers and another is being inefficient and slow.
