If I could give it no stars I would. Ive been in there a few times since its the only one close to my house. Every single time Ive been in there not once has anyone offered to help, when Ive asked for help theyve legit been standing around texting & look so annoyed when you speak to them. If I look their way theyll walk the other way just to avoid helping me. Ive been asked for help on more than one occasion by other customers, that should tell you how garbage the customer service there is if customers have to resort to asking other customers for help. These girls are being paid to stand around texting.

Definitely not buying from here again! Ever. I have been waiting for my things to arrive 7 business days or more and when I check if I got my package already it says that it was delivered at 1pm, yes maybe they did it, but definitely not at my house...what a lack seriousness with your customers. I thought I was buying from a place with respect for their clients, a business that puts importance to their customers. Also from the shipping company, which is UPS, how can an employee that sees an address on a package delivers it at another address. Really disappointed.

Honestly the only reason they I am giving them a 3 is because the lady at the cash register was very sweet. Every time I go in this store they are very little workers to help anyone. When you do find a worker they act as if you are bothing them. Im sorry but if I am buying one thing of make up for 20-60 dollars I dont want an attitude when I have a question.
