The only reason Im giving this 3 stars instead of 5 is because I was beyond disgusted and shocked with the managers behavior. The stylist that attended me had to be back and forth between myself and another client, I was completely ok with that. She gave me a price for the services that I wanted and I accepted it. She ended up getting caught up with the other client because her services were more complex than mine so she asked if I was ok with a different stylist finishing with me which I agreed to with no problem. When it came time to pay the stylist that checked me out had to get the manager because there was something going on with the system. The manager ended up putting my charges in. She charged me for 2 separate services even tho everything was supposed to be combined! I explained to her that she made a mistake and she decided to argue with me for a few minutes. She then called over the stylist that had originally tended to me and reprimanded her in front of all the other employees and all the clients that were there! That was extremely uncalled for! Just before I left she told the second stylist who helped me to stop being so helpless just because the stylist wasnt sure on something and wanted to double check! I ended up having to pay for 2 separate services! Before I left I went to the first stylist and told her to not worry that I wasnt upset at all with her, that the one who Im beyond upset with is the manager. I will be making a call later to the Hair Cuttery corporation to complain about her. She should not be the one in charge of everyone at this location! Im disgusted with the way she treats her employees in front of clients (and just overall) and Im equally disgusted with the way she treated a client (me) over a simple misunderstanding! She is rude and very unprofessional and who knows how many times shes behaved like this towards a different client or her employees! Shes lucky that she has a wonderful staff because her attitude would be what pushes clients away. If it wasnt for the 2 stylists that worked on my hair I would never come back!
