My wife and I have always gotten a great haircut at Great Clips-New River Crossing. We live in Sun City and we like things that are convenient and a good value. This Great Clips always gives valued discounts, the haircuts are always great and the staff and managers are accommodating. We also check in on line and once we leave our house, get to the store we are usually in and out in 30 minutes or so for the both of us. Wed give them the highest compliment you can as this is the best Great Clips around the Lowcountry

When I travel for a living I always got a good haircut at Great Clips, all over the US. While on travel this month I took a chance and stopped at the New River Great Clips. I observed and then chose a stylist based on another customers haircut. The stylist, Kemia, was patient, communicative and discussed what I wanted. She gave me the best haircut Ive had in the 10 years since I stopped traveling. Wish she was at a Great Clips near me in northern VA.

Would not recommend this salon to anyone. The salon at this location in Hardeeville is a one star salon. The stylists are rude on the phone and are not informative about the latest styles. Fortunately for me there are other salons in the Sun City area that offer a more pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service. The stylists also know how to style hair and aim to please the customer.

The stylist/barber gave me a bald spot on my fade, and cut my bangs even though I specifically told her not to. The barber/stylist tried telling me shed never seen a Marine with a haircut [and sort of implied that I was lying about being in the military] as long as mine. I dont really need someone questioning that sort of thing. I mean I know the regulations.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get haircuts for my boys, but the last 3 cuts, by 3 different people, have been horrible. Ive had to go get new cuts....waste of time and money. Just wondering where in the world the employees go to school to learn how to cut uneven hair!

I love my new summer hair style that I got at Great Clips in New River Crossing. Just got a coupon in the mail for a $8 haircut. Going tomorrow to get yet another summer hair cut!! Post a pic tomorrow of my new do.

Excellent service with quality haircuts at a reasonable price. I find all the employees have positive attitudes & good out of their way to ensure your visit is good. I have never had a bad haircut not bad service

Terrible, rushed haircuts. Girls werent very friendly and seemed bothered to have someone in their chair. Did not seem knowledgeable about cutting/styling Caucasian hair. Will not go back.
